This island retreat resides on a second-floor level off Duval St. for incredible convenience to everything. Tile floors and a vaulted, open Great Room with a flat screen TV create a welcoming space for your happy hour before hitting the town. Enjoy an updated and fully equipped kitchen featuring granite counters, stainless steel appliances and bar seating for 3.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
Totaling 2 bedrooms, this condo is equipped with 2 guest bedrooms to accommodate 4 people. Both rooms come with queen beds, closet space, ceiling fans and a shared bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. One bedroom opens up to the outdoor balcony to catch your island breeze!

Start your morning perched above an attractive, tropical courtyard area with your cup of coffee at the table for 2 while you plan the day’s activities. Make the most out of your vacation by being located in the heart of it all!

Parking in the downtown area is a rarity but this gem features a parking space for a small to medium sized vehicle! Oversized SUVs and trucks will not fit.

Check the cleaning fees. Quite exorbitant imo. Have never paid that much ever! Pretty much ended up paying 3 nights to stay 2 taking into account the cleaning and other fees. Just pay attnetion to the fees!

Having a guaranteed place to park removed so much stress and made coming and going effortless.The location, convenience, and overall experience couldn’t have been better. If you’re looking for a place that combines prime location with practical amenities, this guest house checks every box. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Key West

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful time, best part of this rental was the location. Easy access to everything Key West has to offer 😊 only issue was the shower pressure that was very poor & almost pointless to take a shower, maybe a new shower head to fix the problem. But all in all, a great property that was clean and offered everything we needed for our vacation.

Super convenient location

After having issues with booking a different Key West property, we found this one as a replacement and it worked out great! The booking process was super easy, checking in was great, and the location was amazing. Would definitely stay again.
