Great place!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ideal location! Right in the middle of all the action. Host was very accommodating and let us check in early based on our flight.

We loved it there and we WILL be back! The parking slot with the condo saved us!!!! The condo was very clean and cute as it can be! Plenty of room for the two of us and our two fur babies. RIGHT OFF DUVAL is the perfect name for it. We loved that it was near the Cuban Coffee Queen as well. Super convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. We can't wait to return!

It was almost perfect... clean, nice, checkin was smooth, host had great communication, location is amazing, includes a parking spot. On Friday night I slept really well. However, on Saturday night there's a bar closeby that plays live music until 3am and it's very loud. One of the bedrooms is interior with no windows and is insulated from the noise, they slept fine. However, for me in the bedroom with the windows, I barely slept that night. I wish I could give this place 5 stars as they really did a great job with the place, but ultimately this is a place to sleep, and I could not sleep. If noise doesn't bother you then I highly recommend this place. If you're a light sleeper, I recommend staying somewhere further away from the noise on Duval.

Great location in the heart of Old Town. Lots of fun things to do & see within walking distance. Parked the car and didn't use it until we left the Keys. Good communication with our host - she was friendly, patient, and dropped everything to help us out. Overall great first trip to Key West, and thankful we had a nice place to stay at the end of a busy day. As for the roosters - this place is definitely something to crow about!

Location was great. The gate didn't work the whole time we were there. I only knocked off a star for the level of requirements to perform when checking out - run the dishwasher, strip the beds, take the trash to the curb, etc. It's a bit much for 1k per night.

Great location off Duval close to everything. From other reviews I was worried about water pressure but I was happy to find that was not a problem. Clean comfortable place with Plenty of room for two couples. One room has some late night noise from nearby bars and the roosters will tell you good morning. The other room was so quiet are friends slept in every morning. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be right downtown
