There is a little something for everyone from adventure seekers, to people who just want to get away and enjoy island life, wildlife, sunsets and water activities. From under the boat at any given time you might see many types of fish, stingrays, various crabs, starfish, octopus, lobsters, nurse sharks and even manatee from time to time! From above; view gorgeous sunsets, various sea birds catching their meals and even a military jet formation on occasion. Many great areas to kayak/paddleboard all starting from right off the boat. There are several miles of mangrove trails to view wildlife and fish or just simply get lost in nature. Kayak or paddle board up to Cow Key Marina restaurant as well as Hurricane Hole’s restaurant and grab some lunch.

This houseboat is a 2 bed, 1.5 bath with full kitchen/bar and relaxing livingroom. Off the front you have a covered patio with a ceiling fan and the spacious roof top deck with a complete bar top and fridge with great views of the bay.

The master bedroom has a king size bed as well as an on suite bathroom. The pullout sofa has a queen size bed.
With a memory foam mattress.

The kitchen is of regular size with standard size appliances plus dish washer so you have the usual comforts of home.

This unit also includes a washer and dryer.

NOTE # The houseboat is NOT to be moved from its slip.
It is a stationary floating cottage.
