Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great Spot on Key West

My wife and another couple stayed here two night as we enjoyed Key West. It was a clean comfortable unit in a nice quiet area but close to town. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Our Key West stay

The complex was easy to find from the directions given to us. The elevator was always available when we wanted it. The condo was as described and suited our needs. It could use some TLC regarding the drapery. There were enough bathroom towels for the 4 of us. The management was quick to fix the problem with the king bedroom tv. Overall we were pleased with the complex and condo and would refer friends there in the future.

Trash smell

Right next to the trash chute, smelly like trash every day. Sound of people throwing their trash will wake you up all hours of the night and morning. Right next to the airport as well so you will hear the planes taking off. The location is pretty far away from everything we (two adults) would want to do in February. For over $500 a night… not worth it in my opinion.

Birthday trip

Communication was not great, did not get timely response to email and did not get calls back about questions I had when they said they would call back. Followed directions on maps but there was no street sign for seaside so went around in a circle before we found the location. They said each unit had a parking space but this was not defined by any number or marking so I did not have the same parking space during my stay. Upon entering the unit the AC was not on so it was hot inside and not welcoming. The pool was undergoing maintenance which should have been done the next day after we were there. They did provide a alternative which was next door property of double tree . That was a very nice pool. The unit could use some updating the kitchen cabinets had edges that where not covered with any finish, raw pressed wood exposed. There were no instructions anywhere about how to get extra towels, blankets, sheets if needed or how to leave the room on departure, no phone numbers for emergency, fire, police etc. some of the curtains need replaced and the furniture outside had not been wiped down or cleaned, got black pollution, dust or mold on my arms. Other than that we had a great time exploring Key West.

Worked well for us

Although a little dated, it was clean and well stocked. There were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The ice maker did not work and the cabinet door under the kitchen sink would not close and remained wide open. I tripped over it a few times while working in the kitchen. All in all it suited our needs and was more affordable than most accommodations in Key West.

Clean but dated

This unit was clean and almost everything worked. However, decor, kitchen and bathroom made me feel like it was the 80’s. Cabinet wear was extensive. Tile floor was cracked. If you don’t mind the decor, this is fine. Also property management was great and helpful

It was a nice spot to stay. An easy bike ride to the beach and close to Duval St. A little updating and general repairs in the condo would make it nicer. We would stay again.

Warm weekend from the north

Location away from all the hustle and bustle. Balcony and pool are great places to hang out. Plenty of green space with pond to see native animals. Walking path along Gulf just outside neighborhood. Old Town opposite end of island, but only a ten minute drive. Apartment needs some cosmetic updating, but a great space for the money.

Poorly maintained property!

Poorly maintained property! Patio door lock was broken, both bathtubs drained slowly, garbage disposal didn't work, couldn't do laundry because all three washer/dryers were out of order, window blinds were torn, ice maker in freezer didn't work and floor tiles were cracked creating a hazard for bare feet.

Great location - living room updates needed.

The pictures on this unit are not accurate! I am not sure they are even of this unit. The layout is accurate (I would guess most units have the same layout) and the outdated entertainment center and chairs are there (I saw other units pictures with the same chairs) but the room is pink with blue curtains (with holes in them) and the sofa bed/couch needs to go to the dump. It is not usable. I saw reviews from as far back as December mentioning it and replies saying that is was fixed (there is no way to fix this) and that the owner would be updating - it is not updated. You can not sit on the couch - you slide forward. It is very uncomfortable! and you definitely can not use it as a bed. I wish that I could attach my pictures here. The tv could be hung on the wall to allow for better use of the living room with new furniture. The condo was ok for our use - we did not stay in the condo much but it would have been nice to have a decent sitting area. The kitchen and floors need some updating also. This could be a really nice unit with some new living room furniture and some updates to counters and cabinets and a few repairs to floors and mirrors and bathroom. The facilities are nice and the location is great!

Mostly comfy

Very nice complex, and very comfortable except that the sofa bed was not only uncomfortable but also broken! It needs to be replaced asap. Otherwise the unit was perfectly serviceable. Pool area is lovely. Excellent value.

Nice, quiet unit

The unit was very nice and clean. It was very quiet which is what we were looking for. My son and husband really enjoyed looking at the airplanes right from the balcony! The only issue we had was getting the keypad to work and we arrived after hours. We could but get a hold of someone to help but we were able to get it working about 10 minutes later. I did alert the property manager to the issue so hopefully it's been corrected. Other than that, everything was perfect!
