Dancing Palms at The Truman Annex in Key West

Come stay at this bright and airy 2 bedroom, 2 full bath town home in the renowned Truman Annex in Old Town. Leave the car at the covered carport and enjoy all that Key West has to offer. Conveniently located two blocks from Duval Street with all of the restaurants, bars, shops and night life; two blocks from the historic Truman Little White house; a short bike ride to Fort Zachary Beach State Park, the locals “best beach”; 2.5 blocks to Mallory Square for the nightly “Sunset Celebration”. Enjoy a dip in the private hot tub on your back patio or refresh with a swim in the “Presidents Row” community pool, located around the corner from the house.
Walk into the bright and airy first floor living area with an open floor plan, well-appointed kitchen, one full bathroom, huge dining table and lovely sitting area which opens to the partially covered back patio for the Florida outdoor living experience. Upstairs are two bedrooms separated by a full bathroom. The master has one King size bed, French doors open to a balcony with a spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be moved together upon request to form one King bed. Full size washer and dryer are located upstairs. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s for your viewing pleasure. Stay comfortably and enjoy the beauty of Key West.

A group of us got a few houses over New Years in the Truman Annex. Our property was great. Clean, comfortable and ver convenient to walking to all the great restaurants and tourist spots. Check in was smooth. No issues.

Family week

My son (18), myself and my parents stayed for a week. The place was exactly as advertised and very clean. We used the community pool, which was well maintained. 4 stars because garbage disposal (smell)and hot tub (chlorine so strong it burned throats) both had issues but maintenance was wonderful and responded promptly so we could fully enjoy the property. Location was wonderful. Would recommend having a sofa bed couch. Two people sharing second bedroom is tight.

Process worked well to get checked in. Great location!!! Easy walk or bike ride to anywhere. Only time we used the car was to get to the grocery store. The walkways were gorgeous but a tad overgrown. Would definitely stay in the annex again!

Nice and clean !!! Great location! If you want to cook, you can. Everything that you need at your fingertips , oven, microwave. toaster, coffee pot, etc… or dine out.! we enjoyed our time every year !!!

Great location

Location is good. Not too much trouble getting and returning keys. Second bedroom is VERY tiny. No dresser or nightstand drawers to store clothes. Couch is comfy but other chairs not so much. Pool was nice.

Our property was perfectly located to all the fun of Key West. We rented bikes for the week and either biked or walked to the beach, bars, restaurants and markets. The cute home had all you needed for a perfect stay. We soaked in the hot tub, ate on the back porch, and slept soundly in the comfortable beds. It was a wonderful family trip!

Paradise in Key West

Dancing Palms was extremely clean with a well stocked kitchen. The down stairs patio furniture was very comfortable with a hot tub. Nice gas grill. Check in was very easy and smooth. Beautiful grounds that are nicely manicured. Community pool with pristine clear water that was very relaxing with iguanas to view! Easy walk to restaurants, museums, beaches. We were here for 2 weeks and never had a car. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Cannot give recommendations for a favorite restaurant as list would be too long!! Loved being able to patio dine with every meal. Truman Annex is a lovely shaded complex, centrally located and easy to walk to all attractions and restaurants. We will defiantly be staying here again! Would be nice to have key pad entry do would not have to carry keys around. Also lounge chairs on upstairs patio would also be great.
