This amazing first floor end unit features two bedrooms and TWO ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers.
Each bedroom has their own LCD TV.
This terrific property is conveniently located right at the community pool. The Shipyard Condominiums are located in the prestigious gated community of Truman Annex in Key West’s Old Town area. These condos are located just 2 blocks from Duval Street and all the Old Town Key West attractions including Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and Beach and the Truman Waterfront park. This property is outfitted with washer/dryer, pots/pans, towels, linens, central air conditioning, assigned off street parking, and access to a refreshing community pool.
Please note: This property has a 28 night minimum stay

Great location near the pool.

Enjoyed our stay. The unit is as advertised.Had a couple minor issues that were quickly resolved. There are a few deferred maintenance items that should be addressed like the broken microwave handle, broken cabinet doors, loose headboard on the queen bed (makes a loud noise), slow draining shower, needed paint. Having said that, I would gladly stay in this unit again. Property management team is fantastic.

Sweet spot

This is a great place for a couple with or without one or two children. It is not great for 2 or more friends as one room has twin beds. And there is only a small sofa and bar chairs for indoor seating. There is a nice pool with lots of chairs one minute away and Duval Street is nearby.

Perfect location-maintenance issues

The dishwasher falls out onto the floor. The shower doesn’t drain. The refrigerator light is out. There is no fire alarm in one bedroom. Thephotos showed two sofas but there was only one so only two could sit in the living room unless patio chairs are brought in. It was difficult to check in. Nevertheless it was a great place to stay and we loved it!

The Compass Realty staff was very responsive to messages prior to and during our stay. They provided great service. The location is perfect for those wanting to enjoy the life in Key West!

Home was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Perfect location to everything!

We enjoyed Sunset Poolside very much, however the upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy. We had 2 different sets of neighbors during our 13 day stay and they were not overly loud, I think just the fact that they were above us and on tile floors made everything echo. We could hear muffled talking, them putting away dishes, walking, running water, etc.... I mean we were on vacation and did not spend a ton of time in the condo, so it wasn't horrible. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, although pushing the two twins together to make a king was not. :( Location was absolutely perfect!!! It is 2 blocks off Duvall St. You can walk to tons of great restaurants. (Blue Heaven for breakfast is a must) We rented scooters (JG Scooters gave us the best deal) and had a blast. We will definitely stay there again, just maybe the top floor next time.

Unit was nice, but a little smaller than I thought it would be. But overall very good place. Was a little difficult to find out actual parking spot, but overall would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quite, location, close to Duval

Excellent location at the Truman Annex Condo

This property was perfect for our girlfriend getaway. The condo was clean and just the right size for the 4 of us. The deck was great for coffee and planning out our day each morning and, the pool was a great added bonus to have right outside our door as well. The quiet neighborhood was perfect and the stark contrast of Duval St was just a block away. We will absolutely rent this property again.

Needs additional sprucing up

Furniture was on the old side. Tile floors chipped and not as clean as it should have been. Had there been beach chairs, another roll of paper towels, some sort of welcoming basket etc. I would have given it 5 stars. I have stayed in many condos in Truman Annex and all had the above mentioned items. We purchased 2 beach chairs and left them for future renters.

Very small for 2 couples

The place was small for 4 adults. The 2 baths and 2 bedrooms were small and the rest of the living area was as well. The location was very convenient and you can walk to most location.
