52' Power Catamaran Yacht at Luxury Resort Marina

This yacht was custom built and has 3 large unique outdoor areas to relax on, along with its four-stateroom layout, each room having its own private bath and shower. Also, there is a 5th bathroom with access from the kitchen. The kitchen has a full-size fridge and separate freezer, along with a 3-burner gas cooktop, oven, and microwave. The boat is fully air conditioned and has 6 zones, each with its own thermostat.

The marina, The Perry Marina, and its grounds are meticulous and located in the middle of a turquoise paradise with amazing water clarity. The weather is great any time of year for activities like snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, sailing, and pure relaxation.

Your reservation will include free access to the resort's 2 swimming pools, fitness room, 3 restaurants, downtown Shuttle and more. You will have access to the marina’s laundry facility, bathrooms, and showers, located close to this boat during your entire reservation. The marina is located less than 5 miles to downtown Key West.

Yacht Escape
We had a great time about Blue Jeans! Louie is an amazing host, as responsive as possible, also took us out for a cruise around Key West, AC works great! Easy Golf kart ride from the marina to down town key west. Pool at the marina was nice as well.

Awesome Trip
Spent a long weekend down in Key West. Staying on the boat was amazing. Louie was in communication before, during, and after the trip. Could not have asked for a better experience. The boat was awesome. Even with a little bad weather there as no noticeable rock or uneasiness. Would definitely do a stay this way again.

A Unique Experience!
Three couples stayed comfortably on Blue Gene's and had plenty of space and enjoyed the beautiful view from the upper deck! We started our days with making breakfast on the boat followed by either fun-filled days on Duval Street or relaxing days at the Marina's pool. Our last night we cooked fresh fish on the upper deck grill and soaked in the beautiful weather. This was the first time we stayed on a boat instead of a hotel or house and we definitely do it again! Thanks for everything, Louie!

A Fantastic Stay for Friends on the Water
Our group of six friends recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this boat accommodation, and we couldn't have been more pleased. We had a wonderful time staying on this yacht. It was well equiped with more than enough room for 5 people. Louie was very helpful in getting us aquianted with the unique aspects of living aboard a boat! We'd do it again!

This yacht was AMAZING. The yacht was fantastic and the rooms were spacious. The owner was the most responsive owner I’ve ever dealt with. His instructions for using all the appliances were detailed and thoroughly complete.

Terrific floating hotel
Awesome floating hotel at the end of the dock. Boat was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything needed to stay / relax. Caught plenty of fish around the docks. Area was safe and everyone was super friendly. Highly recommend! Louie was very fast to respond and helpful with anything.

Absolutely Funtastic Experience!
Our group of six take a destination vacay every few years and this time we all agreed this particular one was one of our best—and would gladly do it again! Louie was a fabulous host; he made sure we were comfortable, and even stocked the yacht with basic needs and some extras! He was always just a phone call away to answer questions or provide recommendations. He is definitely a premier host! Getting around town was easy with a rented go-cart and our days spent poolside were quiet and relaxing. Our 5 days were over way way too soon!! We are looking forward to a return trip!!

An Amazing Adventure
This was the first time that we stayed on a boat and wasn't sure what to expect. It exceeded our expectations. The boat was very spacious and met all of our needs. Nothing better than having your morning coffee or an after dinner drink on the balcony on the water. Very private marina that has lots of amenities but also very quiet and peaceful. The owner went above and beyond to answer our questions and was on standby during our entire stay of we had questions. Would definately recommend this place.
