    Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

    Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

    Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

Great location. Gated community, nice pool, friendly people. Walked to everything. 4 min walk to Blue Heaven and Rams head.

Shipyard Condo

Nice condo for 2 couples with separate bathrooms. Adequate kitchen. Plenty of towels. Great location in Key West so can walk to most attractions.

Great Stay!

The accommodations were clean and modest. The location was excellent- close enough to walk to everything but far enough from Duval to relax. We went over Christmas break and never had issues getting pool chairs or it being overcrowded. We did not have any issues we needed to address with management, so I cannot speak to that The unit is in the gated community of Truman Annex, but along Thomas Street. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend ear plugs or playing some sort of white noise. The roosters can be up and at it as early as 3am. It's was a lovely visit and would absolutely stay again.

Excellent location, desperately needs updates!

There wasn't closet or dresser space in the master. The faucet in master bath was near impossible to turn on it was so tight. There weren't enough outlets for our electronics and the bed side tables were tiny. The rugs in master bathroom must be thrown out and replaced! Master mattress was old and lumpy and too high! Location is PERFECT!!

Second floor unit. King bedroom ensuite but the faucet it really, really hard to turn on. Upper porch does not have a roof so it is hot in the sun. Bike rental right down the street, but bike racks are really packed full and yo you cannot always find. A place to put them near the unit. But overall a great unit in a quiet, safe and central area.

Key West

The property was very clean. Cleaning supplies and other products were more than adequate. The location is excellent. We don’t come to key west to watch TV, but the cable service there was unwatchable. It intermittently worked. The faucet in the master bath needs repair. A dust pan and good broom would be helpful. The linens and sheets were good. The washer and dryer were good. My only attempt at communication with the property managers was not answered. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The complaints are minor and would not preclude us staying again.

The walking path and people gate areas at the entrance are not very convenient for wheelchairs. Many of the sidewalks in old town are to narrow for wheel chair access also. The property management company was very responsive.

One of the bathroom faucets was so difficult that you felt like you were pulling sink from its moorings. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Supplies in kitchen were minimal compared to other rentals I’ve had.

Great Key West Stay!

Perfect location. Very clean and exactly as described. Our coffee pot broke and they had a new coffee maker to us in a few hours. Book it. You won’t be sorry!

Very clean and spacious

I was pleasantly surprised with how roomy and spacious the condo was! Would definitely stay there again. Keep in mind you're assigned one parking spot per unit, otherwise you have to park thr extra vehicle on the street. I stayed for a week, and the king bed was very comfortable. Good location, not very noisy.
