Mariner's Club is an upscale Florida Keys Condominium/Villa/Townhome community located in the Upper Keys directly on the Atlantic Ocean. It is a gated community with 24 hour security with an exceptional deep water marina. There are 118 residences on 22 acres of prime ocean front land.

A second pool and Grotto Hot Tub with a waterfall are next to the Club House, which overlooks the AtlanticOcean and offers a second swimming venue. Other amenities include a 44 slip protected deep water marina, tennis courts, Indoor Pickle Ball Court, Outdoor Pickle Ball, a fitness center, recreational room, a Club House, and a 2,000 square foot catering hall with a commercial grade kitchen which is available for rental for weddings and other occasions.

No pets allowed. Only certified service animals. The association does need a copy of the certification. There is no charge for a service animal.
