Marina-Beach-Heated Pool-Kayak

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home. On site marina with boat launching ramp, trailer storage, transient docks. Water access to well marked Gulf of Mexico, backwater and Atlantic Ocean. Two small beaches on property. Large heated pool, kids pool, playground, volleyball, shuffleboard, basketball. Laundry facility on site. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State park is right next door with Kayak rentals, snorkeling/diving, Huge beach, boat trips and more.

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath camper.

Living room has a pull out couch- full size bed


You will need to arrive prior to 10 pm on your check in day. The security gate closes at 10 pm and you will need a gate key to get in.

Only registered guest (max of 6) will be allowed in the resort. Once you book, we will send you a message for registration throug VRBO that MUST be completed. This is needed to provide a smooth check-in and no registraion charge by the front office.

Maximum boat size is 25' x 8.5'. There is a one time ramp fee and a dock can be reserved prior to your arrival.

No jet ski/wave runners are allowed on the property.

We are a smoke free/pet free home

We recommend travel insurance to protect your vacation. Life can throw some unexpected events your way. Security cameras located at front door pointing to drive way and on shed pointing out towards driveway. Recordings are video only- motion activated during check in and check out.
