Key Largo 2 bedroom/1 bath with community pool

Conveniently located in Upper Fl Keys only 45 mins to an hour from Miami. Great campground community with plenty to do such as a community pool, basketball court and children’s playground. On-site marina and boat ramp is available to guests. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants.
Both bedrooms have full/queen beds with sheets provided, bathroom is a shower only with towels and toiletries provided. Fully stocked Kitchen and outside George Foreman electric grill and BBQ. Screened patio area with furniture. There is a full sized sleeper sofa in the living area and a 4 chair dining room. Boat and trailer storage available for an additional fee per night/stay.

Calusa Campground

The mobile home, actually a trailer, definitely needs upgrading. The screen door to the outside porch was ripped. The mattresses need replacing because if you laid on the bed you tended to drift into the middle. The front bedroom didn't have a working AC unit. Even though quiet time was supposed to start at 11:00 pm weeknights, Midnight on the weekends, we always heard music well past midnight. I'm not sure how the location received a 5 star reviews. The location itself in Key Largo was great. Communication with the owner was fine. For the condition of the property I feel it was overpriced. If the trailer had some basic upgrades and didn't have to deal with loud music until 2 or 3 in the morning, I would give it a better review. I would not stay at this property again or recommend it.

Great Experience - Family of 3

Our family of 3 was very comfortable in this unit. The pictures accurately portray the accommodations. This is an older trailer as you can see from the pictures, but don't let that deter you from staying. While older the unit has been kept up and kept clean. We are definitely more concerned with cleanliness than updated decor. The host was always quick to respond. For some reason our app wasn't giving us the check-in instructions so she immediately emailed them to us as well. The campground is tucked away off of Hwy 1 and was incredibly quiet while we were there. The laundry is a short walk around the corner from the unit and the machines use debit/credit cards. It was wonderful that beach towels were provided as well as coffee supplies.The air-conditioning worked well during our stay. It was so nice to have 2 separate bedrooms as well as a couch in the living room. We didn't use any of the appliances other than the coffee maker, but all appeared to be in good working order. There were a variety of pots and pans as well as other kitchen necessities. We were very comfortable in this unit and would stay at Calusa again!

Just what I needed

I was on Key Largo on bisiness. Debs place had what I needed, close to great food, quiet neighborhood, and near where I hadmy business. Deb was super resonsive and the security team were wonderfully helpful during my late arrival.

This camper trailer was priced about right and was good for our vacation. The owner was available for questions as well with a quick response.
