Seahorse Landing is a newly renovated home—modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. It features parking for two vehicles and a convenient side entrance that opens into a bright, open-concept living area—perfect for relaxing with a good book or gathering with family to plan your vacation adventures.
Just beyond the living room, you'll find three separate areas. Each of the three sections of the home offers plenty of room and privacy, making it easy for everyone to relax and unwind in their own space.

The first includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with everything you need to feel right at home—toaster, microwave, coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, and more—ideal for cooking your own meals if you wish.
The second area is a hallway that leads to the master bedroom, which features a king-size bed, and a private en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
The third area includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a second full bathroom with easy access from the bedrooms or main living area, and a bedroom with two queen-size beds. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and flat-screen TVs.

Your adventures begin outside on the large open patio overlooking a quiet waterway with year-round sunset views. Grab a kayak, a paddleboard or hop on your boat resting at the 40’ dock and head out into the bay frequented by manatees, eagle rays, and the occasional dolphin. A quick 5 min boat ride takes you out to the open sea and seemingly endless days of snorkeling, diving and fishing.
