Paradise Found – Oceanfront Condo w/ Pool Views & Private Beach in Key Colony!

Competently remodeled from quartz countertops in kitchen and both full bathrooms. New doors throughout the unit with updated ceiling, floors and walls. One of the only units with a unobstructed view of the pool and the Atlantic Ocean. The view will not disappoint you. Key Colony Beach is in the heart of the Florida Keys. Very nice breeze year-round and excellent views from kitchen, living rooms and master bedroom. Wake up every day with beautiful sunrises. Two bedrooms and 2 full baths, ocean front and pool front. Third floor with elevator and 2 tennis courts & pickleball. Great fishing and snorkeling from the beach. Fishing pier is new . Childrens park across the street. Beach located just a few steps away.

The condo is just perfect. It is modern, well equipped andspotlessly clean. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable and provides an electric massage, if wanted. There is a large balcony with comfortable seating that spans the entire width of the apartment and affords a view over the pool and the ocean...just beautiful. Casa Clara isa lovely complex with a spacious pool and a large, well kept beach. Kevin, the owner of the unit, was a pleasure to deal with, both gracious and responsive. I recommend a stay without any qualifications. Enjoy!

Once again we had a wonderful time at Casa Clara! The view of the sunrise from the balcony is fabulous! Watching the ocean and listening to the waves is so peaceful and relaxing. The condo is clean and Kevin is a great host! We will be back!

Everything was perfect. Taking a chance on VRBO is always nerve racking but we hit the jackpot! Beautiful condo, very clean, quiet and beautiful sunrises! They are right when they describe this paradise ,it was for us.Make sure you go to Sunset Beach at sunset!It’s a special treat every night.

Perfection in the Middle Keys

We had a wonderful 2-week stay at this condo! It is immaculately clean, it has all the amenities you could possibly need and it’s in a perfect location. Key Colony Beach is perfect if you’re looking for a relaxed, island-y vacation. The condo is located on a very quiet street

A Florida gem!

The location was perfect and the view beautiful! The listing was very accurate. The condo is comfortable despite some minor age issues. Kevin was very conscientious, responsive and easy to deal with. Casa Clara did not disappoint. We definitely hope to return!

Key Colony Beach Vacation, Marathon Fl

The property is well cared for. The condo was bright, updated, comfortable and very clean. The oceanfront views were magnificent. I just got back last Wednesday and September in the Keys is very hot but the sky was blue, the days were all sunny and the pool was beautiful and clean.

Wonderful property!!

We had an amazing stay in Kevin's condo. It was super clean and the view was just like the pictures. Kevin was especially helpful and easy to contact although we didn't have any problems at all. The condo had all the necessities for a great time. Kitchen was well stocked, beach towels and even some fishing gear. This is a gem for sure! Would highly recommend!

What a great place to stay! What a beautiful condo the owners Kevin and Clay are great, they are both are so kind and they keep this condo consistently maintained, their condo was so clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved our time spent there and will be returning next year

Fabulous Vacation

We stayed in this unit for the third time. There have been many upgrades to the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. This unit is so comfortable and it feels like home. Casa Clara’s location offers beautiful ocean views, restaurants and shopping nearby. We’ll be back!!

Beautiful ocean & sunrise views from spacious balcony. Living area & kitchen lovely - newly remodeled. MBR king bed super comfy. Bathrooms have not been remodeled but are adequate. Great complex with friendly residents and helpful property manager. Would go again
