Beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, private pool home in the desirable Key Colony Beach neighborhood located near beaches, restaurants, golf and tennis.

Key Colony is home to several great restaurants, a par 3 golf, tennis courts, scuba diving, snorkeling and some of the world's best fishing!

- Maximum Occupancy: 8 guest (includes adults and children of any age)

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Not our favorite property, but favorite location

House is a perfect size for 6 people. Here are a few tips:1. Bathroom layout is funky. Make sure your group is ok with it 2. Pool size is way smaller than pictured. 3. Has overall great shared space. 4. Fishing dock was prime. We caught a ton of fish. 5. The location is magical if you like neighborhood walks and a short walk to the beach. 6. This is the only house we have ever stayed at that doesn't provide basic seasonings for cooking.

For the price, a little more is expected

This was a great house and overall was pretty nice. One of the biggest disappointments was there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. We anticipated having to buy stuff like hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper. However, there was VERY little of any of it. The washer ended its cycle twice without draining the water and we worried it would stop working. The dryer required us to run loads twice to get things dry. This was a huge problem 24 hours prior to checkout as we were scrambling to get all of the laundry they required us to wash before departing. This brings me to my next disappointment. Guests should not be required to wash the towels. When we arrived, my wife commented on the smell of the towels. The property manager requires guests wash the towels before departing. What if prior guests don’t wash the towels and simply fold them up? To leave this to the guests is pretty bad in my opinion. You show up at the house and just have to hope the previous guests washed the towels. Again, for the price, you’d think they would wash the towels. I understand starting a load of laundry or two, but that’s it. We owned a rental in Kissimmee FL and had our property manager and cleaners handle this. Lastly, the sheets in the master bedroom were pretty old and needed to be replaced. Pillows too. I’m not sure if we would stay here again.

Memorable trip

The house worked very well for my husband and me, and our daughter, son-law and our two grandchildren. The kids loved the pool. It was so nice to be able to dock the boat right out back. The dock was excellently. Maintained! Only issue that others have noted was the stranded entrance to one of the bedrooms- you could only access the bedroom through the bathroom. Not a big deal for us. Overall the house was clean and bright. We would stay again!

Beautiful property, great location

We so loved our stay at this vacation home. The house is beautifully decorated and has a great layout so that everyone can spread out and have their own area or hang out together. Heated pool was our gathering spot after a fun day, tiki hut on the dock, where manatees came up to visit us every evening. Great walking area too.Only negative…you have to walk through bathroom to get to the double bedroom, or exit to outside and walk around.We were all family, so minor inconvenience for us. The master suite is luxurious!Would definitely rent again. Such fun!

Three Generation Vacation

The property was just as described. We had 7 adults ranging in age from 18 to 83 and it fit our needs perfectly. Having a property on all one level was a necessity and the few steps were easily navigated. From the walk-in master shower to the wading pool with built-in seating to the lovely tiki hut on the dock with a ceiling fan; this property really did have it all. The many indoor and outdoor gathering spots allowed the generations to play and chat or have a little individual quiet time. We especially appreciated the private patios attached to each bedroom as that was a surprise.

Great Keys Waterfront House with Pool

We had a group of 8 - two families of 4. The property was spacious, very clean, lots of sitting and dining areas (both inside, outside and on dock). All of the bedrooms and areas were exactly as described in the listing. The only thing that is a little awkward is that three bedrooms share one bathroom, and to actually enter one of the bedrooms, you have to walk through the bathroom or you have to exit the house on the side and enter the bedroom via an exterior door in the front. This was really just a minor annoyance for us since we were with very close friends and family, but something to keep in mind if your group is not quite as close. The master suite is huge and it is awesome. The standalone ice maker was a very nice touch and we utilized it heavily. The pool was nice, and clean, and a great spot for sitting and cooling off. We had a 30' center console boat, and there was plenty of room for docking. The dock is in very good shape and I did not need to use the extra bumpers I'd brought. The canal is nice, deep and wide. We saw manatees on multiple occasions as we were pulling in. The nearby area in Key Colony Beach is very nicely maintained. We enjoyed walking in the mornings and visiting the sunset park. Our teenagers enjoyed walking and getting pizza at the nearby shops. I would definitely rent this house again.

Nice Vacation Home

Home was well kept, clean, and nicely decorated. Excellent outdoor area with pool, patio, and deck overlooking the water. Highly recommend this home. The checkout requirement of leaving no more than two loads of laundry when checking out seemed petty, especially given that we also pay a cleaning fee.

Nice home for a family get together

Large rooms for sleeping, pool (nice but needs repainting), dock on the canal, laundry room, ice machine. Quiet home and neighborhood, easy access to Marathon. Overall we had a great vacation and would rent this home again.

Relaxation in Paradise

We stayed at this property once before several years ago. The house was exactly the same. There were some things that needed attention. The pool was dirty when we got there and the jacuzzi jets no longer worked. The umbrella over the outside dining table was badly torn. There is no railing for going down the steps to the dock. I needed that because I have trouble with steps due to a neuromuscular issue that affects my legs. The outside grill was not usable. It was rusted with a hole in the bottom. The inside of the house was very nice and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed having the covered dock to sit out on and watch the birds and fish. Overall we had a great time and were very comfortable.

Wow what a nice house, I only get to do this trip once a year with all my girls, (3) daughters that fly in from all over the country, yet there all Florida crackers we dive fish eat drink tell stories, and have a blast. The HOUSE sooo nice!!! I have been going to Marathon for 30+ years this is the best house I ever got. The location is real good for me (right by the cut) I can go to the Gulf side or the Atlantic side in just a few minutes everything you need is at this house. It was real nice to have the ICE maker that was a plus for me and my gang! the master bed room and bed was the best!!! I have already got a new bed like that one coming to my house the hole house was real clean and so great. I can only say what a AWSOME stay!~! Thank you Gorge! The Perfect Home to Relax on Vacation

Our family recently stayed over Spring Vacation and loved the home. The room was ample for our family which included two parents, two adult children, and four youngsters. The home is nicely appointed with everything that one would need to feel at home in a tropical destination. Next time we visit the area we will look into this property once again and may even enjoy the boat dock on the channel out back.

A charming Middle Keys home

The house was a nice place for a family get away or a luxury fishing trip. The master suite was very nice, and we really enjoyed the room in the master bath. The set up with only two bathrooms is hard to manage for three teenage girls along with the three boys, but we managed.
