Welcome to Continental Inn Condominiums in Key Colony Beach, Florida known as “The gem of the Florida Keys.” Our Non-smoking Condominium is fully equipped and furnished to meet your vacation needs. You are only minutes away from the boating, fishing, snorkeling and diving North Americas only living coral reef. Our Tropical Paradise is perfect for a quiet/romantic get-away or a fun-filled vacation with family and/or friends.
Our oceanfront property includes a private heated pool and private beach retreat on the Atlantic Ocean.
Guest condos are just steps away from a refreshing swim in the heated pool or ocean. Bring your own or rent a locally delivered kayak or paddleboard that can be launched directly from our beach.
Our Continental Inn Condominium units include fully equipped kitchens, secure WIFI, cable T.V., tiki huts on the beach with gas grills. Coin washers and dryers for guest use are available on the right side of the building prior to entering the breezeway from the parking lot.
The City of Key Colony Beach is a tropical island paradise, located in the Heart of the Florida Keys centrally located between Key Largo and Key West. Drive 45 miles to Key West and spend the day shopping and dining, visit many famous pubs, historic sites and watch the sunset from Mallory Square.
Amenities in the City of Key Colony Beach include several restaurants, clothing and gift shops, marina with fishing charters, dive and snorkel trips, boat rentals, 9-hole golf course, children's playground, pickle or bocce ball and tennis. View spectacular Florida sunsets at Sunset Park just around the corner from the Continental Inn.

Florida Keys Wildlife Adventures await you, just within 7 miles from our beautiful city! The Dolphin Research Center, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Crane Point Hammock and The Turtle Hospital.

Very nice stay

We enjoyed our stay here - close to amenities and very clean and the grills were a great addition - the beach was beautiful, the only thing that wasn’t great was the water area - it was filled with seaweed and we couldn’t use the beach area there. Overall it was a great experience!

Pictures did'nt do this property justice, was impressed w the unit I stayed in. Overall cleanliness of room an property was good. Nice lil beach w grills available for use. Only negative thing i can say is there was some construction going on at the property next door but w AC running an doors shut the room was quiet. Walking distance to a park 2 properties away had nice sunset view.

Clean room and quiet area

We were quite happy with the accommodations and amenities. The location and the room was very nice, as was the pool and the sand-covered area near the water. The only negative was the fact that the water access was not appealing due to the shoreline being completely covered in debris, unlike the building next door; which had cleared their beach. Ours was covered in trash washed up from the water. It was an eyesore.

2nd Time here. Love the location and neighborhood. Room was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Love walking 100 ft to watch the sunrise on the private beach or swim in the ocean. The pool is even closer and clean. A short walk down the street and you can sit and watch the sunset at "Sunset Park". Only a mile off of RTE-1 to paradise.

Marathon fishing/relax

Excellent location for our stay. Close to a Marina we use. Has pool Has beach Water front Nice smaller room just right for a couple. Clean Quiet Not too large of a place that there are people in your face everywhere you turn. Owner had the apt decorated and furnished nice. Overall, very pleased. Highly recommended.

Great location

Room was much larger than I had anticipated! Sunset park just a few steps away has a sunset party every night that I truly enjoyed. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook with- no dishwasher so you have to hand wash dishes- soap and tools provided. Beautiful bathroom with large shower and built in seating area if you need it. Small backyard patio with chairs- not much of a view but the screen door was great - turned off the AC and enjoyed the breeze and the fans in the room- only needed AC at night.
