Welcome to Continental Inn Condominiums in Key Colony Beach, Florida known as “The gem of the Florida Keys.” Our Non-smoking Condominium is fully equipped and furnished to meet your vacation needs. You are only minutes away from the boating, fishing, snorkeling and diving North Americas only living coral reef. Our Tropical Paradise is perfect for a quiet/romantic get-away or a fun-filled vacation with family and/or friends.
Our oceanfront property includes a private heated pool and private beach retreat on the Atlantic Ocean.
Guest condos are just steps away from a refreshing swim in the heated pool or ocean. Bring your own or rent a locally delivered kayak or paddleboard that can be launched directly from our beach.
Our Continental Inn Condominium units include fully equipped kitchens, secure WIFI, cable T.V., tiki huts on the beach with gas grills. Coin washers and dryers for guest use are available on the right side of the building prior to entering the breezeway from the parking lot.
The City of Key Colony Beach is a tropical island paradise, located in the Heart of the Florida Keys centrally located between Key Largo and Key West. Drive 45 miles to Key West and spend the day shopping and dining, visit many famous pubs, historic sites and watch the sunset from Mallory Square.
Amenities in the City of Key Colony Beach include several restaurants, clothing and gift shops, marina with fishing charters, dive and snorkel trips, boat rentals, 9-hole golf course, children's playground, pickle or bocce ball and tennis. View spectacular Florida sunsets at Sunset Park just around the corner from the Continental Inn.

Florida Keys Wildlife Adventures await you, just within 7 miles from our beautiful city! The Dolphin Research Center, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Crane Point Hammock and The Turtle Hospital.

Fantastic

Loved everything about this property. Very clean. Its in a great location with a beautiful view. Also has a small beach area to lounge by. Gave a small Mom and Pop feel which is exactly what we were looking for. Will Definitely be back.

Perfect getaway

This property is in a beautiful location and has beach access along with wonderful ocean views. Short walk to good local restaurants including the Key Colony Inn which has happy hour specials. The unit was very quiet and clean and had everything we needed. Would love to come back here in the future!

Amazing

The property was clean, pool was nice, water side sitting area very enjoyable, just a few steps to a park with a pier where you could watch the sunset, check in was super easy, location was central to many local activities. I would also like to thank the owner for having great mattress!!!! Sleep matters when you are packing in a lot of fun and coming back to your unit every night was very comfortable! Thank you

Great Stay

Older property but extremely well kept. Great Location. We loved watching the sunsets at the sunset park that is around the corner. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Slept our family of four comfortably. My only suggestion would be some air fresheners… the smell of the seaweed can be quite strong and you can smell it in the room at times or maybe just come later in the year and not the summer months when it’s not so bad.

I absolutely loved this place! It was in the most perfect spot! Quiet, well-kept, and the grounds were beautiful! Parking was easy and so was check in and out! I loved the room, as it was very clean and decorated so you knew you were by the beach but felt super homey! We were close enough to food/gas/shopping and things to do were all around us! I would absolutely stay here again and again! Even the neighbors were friendly and welcoming! Cannot say enough good things about our stay here!

Very clean property and unit. Has all the basics that one would need. It was perfect for our home base over the 4 days we were there, we didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the condo besides showering and sleeping. It was great for 2 adults! Thank you!!

Having a small beach was great! This condo has tons of kitchen supplies and beds were comfortable. Bathroom is really small but this is a studio so there’s that. All in all a good place for two to rent.

Nice condo

Great central location to all water activites and restaurants. Neigborhood was safe and quiet. Condo complex was an older building, but well kept up. Nice small private beach with lounge chairs and picnic tables. Just a minute walk to Sunset. Condo was true to the pictures. We would stay there again.

Awesome beach place

Perfect place just steps from the sand. Very clean, beds were comfy memory foam mattresses. Kitchen has everything you need. Great location - easy to get to Key West or Key Largo if you’re wanting a place to stay & explore all around the keys. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.
