2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

We are available for rentals of seven days or more, for adults and children (a maximum of four people total). Our unit is clean and updated! The fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms have been freshly renovated; there is new carpeting in the bedrooms, granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, new mattresses and bedding and new furniture. Our tastefully decorated condo is surrounded by immaculate tropical grounds and gardens. We are located on the first floor of a quiet building, only about 100 steps to the ocean, with private parking near the front door. There are HD televisions in the living room and both bedrooms as well as secure wireless Wi-Fi throughout unit. Swim in our private heated pool, sunbathe in comfort in a beach chair at our private beach or read a book under the shade of one of the two tiki huts by the pool. Shuffleboard court and corn hole are available for some friendly competition. Sunset Park is only one block away where the locals gather to watch some of the best sunsets in the Keys. Collect unique shells or snorkel in the Atlantic right off the white sands of our daily maintained private beach where you can also enjoy spectacular sunrises under one of our many palm trees. We have beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys and snorkel equipment to help you enjoy your time at the beach. Two gas grills are available for use at the tiki hut by the beach for small gatherings, so you are able to enjoy an oceanside meal while watching for passing dolphins or even a manatee! Key Colony Beach has fine restaurants, a par 27 nine-hole executive golf course, bocci ball, tennis and pickleball courts and children's playgrounds; all within walking distance of our condo. Dedicated walking and bike lanes are through out Key Colony allowing you to safely exercise. Snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing charters, kayak and bike rentals,and sunset cruises are all available within a few minutes’ drive. Grocery stores, shops and boutiques are nearby as well as fine restaurants that will serve your catch of the day. Key West is just an hour away allowing for a day trip to see the sites, but close enough return to peace and quiet by nightfall. This little slice of paradise is just a call or email away!

Fantastic place for family of 4.

The condo was very close to Sunset Park. Checking in and out was super easy. It is a short walk to two different scenic beach areas. There is one dedicated parking space for the unit. There were also some guest parking spaces open too. It was well stocked with chairs umbrellas and beach essentials. The kitchen was very well stocked too. My wife was able to start cooking as soon as we got our groceries. The beds were clean and comfy. It has two full bathrooms, which is very nice for the Keys. It's a about an hour drive to Key West and also to Key Largo. Both beautiful drives! There are boating and great restaurants close by too. Highly recommended for groups of 4 or less.

Amazing beach location

Perfect rental. First floor, everything you need to cook, quiet grounds, nice pool and beach. They have the extras that make it feel super nice like soaps and extra towels. They include beach towels and beach gear (chairs, toys, parasol). Great place to base out of and my tween and teen loves the pool and shuffleboard. Walking distance to sunset Beach and great walking path around Key Colony. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Beach and Lovely Property

The overall property is well kept and is towards the end of the island very close to Sunset Park (just a short 1-2 minute walk). The condo was very clean, had excellent A/C, and has literally everything you need for a great vacation at the beach. The owners have 2 closets full of beach chairs, sand toys, etc. for guests to use while on the private beach. We enjoyed every minute of the private beach and clear water from the morning until late in the afternoon when we finished off the day at the pool. The island does not have a lot to offer in the way of "eats" but it is a very short drive to the closest town with a Publix and lots of restaurants. The only warning I would give is to be careful if you decide to cook anything that may smoke (like bacon) because the smoke alarms in the condos are VERY sensitive and will alert the whole building/fire department/ect...which is not that big of a deal if you aren't cooking. This issue would not prevent us from booking again as we were able to cook with no problems.

Great Beach Vacay!!

My husband and I loved our time at the Sea Isle condo. When we arrived we both noticed how clean it was….spotless! We also greatly appreciated how well appointed it was. From soap and shampoo in the bathrooms to spices and clear wrap in the kitchen. The pool and beach areas were very nice as well and we spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful blue water. The condo is also super convenient to the rest of Marathon. Communication was great. We had a couple of questions and the owners responded very quickly. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Great Unit, Great Beach

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. 2 bedrooms with 2 baths worked great. The unit was fully equipped with everything we could need including beach stuff like towels, toys, snorkles, the works. We really liked the private beach. After checking out the public beaches nearby, we found ourselves going to the private one every day. We'd definitely come back here.

Great Stay

The condo was wonderful. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Had an issue with the master bathroom shower draining and it was quickly taken care of. Key colony is located in the middle of the keys making it a short drive to Islamorada 30 minutes and 1 hour from Key West. The beach and pool area were also very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Truly Amazing!

Perfect location Perfect vacation.

Right in the middle of the Keys make easy access to everywhere. Enjoyed a lot of time at home as well. Used the grill area and pool. Two minute walk to Sunset Park to see spectacular sunsets. Condo stocked with everything you need including all the beach necessities. Only one thing missing that could make or break a vacation….. a cork screw!! 🤪🤪. Kidding. I’m sure it was there and we just didn’t see it. A quick trip to the store fixed that! 🍷 All in all a great find. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Keys.

Great Stay at Key Colony

This is an older complex but unit is nicely updated and the grounds are beautifully kept. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. It's a ground floor unit but really quiet. LOCATION is AWESOME. Key Colony Beach is a great community, with nearby shopping, restaurants and water activities. Anything you would want to do in the Florida Keys is no more than an hour away, from John Pennekamp to Key West you can get anywhere.
