Newly refurnished house 4 bedroom terrace house very close to the town (sorry there aren't ltd photos of some of the bedrooms - tenants moved in the day we furnished and I missed my opportunity). Good for family, friends or corporate bookings. 5 proper beds in 4 private bedrooms. 5 mins walk into town and 10 mins to train station, Train station is 1 hr to London. We also offer discounts on any long term booking for corporate or workmen, so please send us an enquiry and we can advise further.

No parties. Please advise us what your trip entails so we can review arrangements, costs, practicalities.

Please check your happy with the property within an hour of entry. If your not, for some reason please let us know right away.

Quiet time after 10pm
Anyone travelling with children check you are happy the place is safe before you commit to staying.
Lead booker must be over 21 years old.
If you are a single sex group you must consult with the host first.
If the property has been discounted, this is purely as a gesture of goodwill. Any behaviour deemed to be rude, disrespectful or abusive to the host, the housekeeper’s, workmen or the neighbour’s the discount will not apply and you will be liable for the full price.
The host will not tolerate any abuse of any kind towards anyone connected to the property and we reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises.
Pets are welcome we charge an additional £50 per dog.
Please ensure you make us aware of the correct number of guests staying as we can't exceed the maximum you book.
Please ensure all payments have been made before you enter.
Pragmatic note: This house is a home, not a commercial hotel and it isn’t perfect.
The good news is we’re not expecting a perfect house back. Having said that please look after as best you can.
To manage expectations there will/may be odd personal items left, maybe leftover things like condiments (left for your convenient) etc etc.
Life, kids, people, pets etc create wear and tear will leave clues of their enjoyment in the house despite our best endeavours to the contrary.
We accept this as Airbnb life and you should too.
If this isn’t for you, that’s fine maybe a hotel is a better option. However, my expectation would you cancel before you stay. 😉
