This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Ketchum condo sleeps 8 guests and is located a short stroll away from the ski lifts at Warm Springs. Community amenities include summer only pool, tennis and pickleball courts and a hot tub in the winter. Guests will love taking advantage of the gas fireplace in the Winter and the deck in the Summer.

    Wood trim, tongue-and-groove walls, and a dark stone floor bring rustic warmth to the living space, where 2 plush sofas, a cushy armchair, and wet bar invite guests to unwind by the flickering fire while watching a movie on the TV and Blu-ray player. Easily craft meals to fuel the days of adventure in the fully equipped kitchen boasting high-end appliances, including a Viking gas stove. Guests can gather at the 8-person corner table or enjoy alfresco dining on the patio with an electric BBQ grill and seating for 6 under an umbrella. When bedtime rolls around, retire to the primary bedroom with a king bed, Roku-equipped TV, and private bathroom on this level.

    Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am per the City of Ketchum.

    Please be advised that this home does not have air conditioning and no washer dryer. Unit has ceiling fans in all upstairs bedrooms and floor fans.

    There will be construction next door to this unit beginning summer 2026 through spring of 2027, This will result in noise, dust and extra traffic in and around the area.

VRBO stay in Sun Valley Idaho

All enjoyed the property, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and family room, living room specially, the big dining room table which we play a dozen games or more over the rainy weekend. Would encourage anyone interested in this area to stay at this property.

Perfect ski location

This condo was perfect for our ski weekend. We love being able to walk to the slopes. Location is ideal! The condo was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family of 6. We loved the fireplace and open kitchen family room for gathering and playing games. Management was one of the best we have encountered. Great communication and friendly and even had someone come and help with some tv issues. We would stay here again!

Great Location

We loved our stay at this property and would definitely rent here again. The hot tub was conveniently located just behind the building making it easy to access on cold evenings. Communications with the property management was excellent, they were very accommodating and the condo had everything we needed. The location is very convenient to the slopes, an easy walk in ski boots. The only suggestion I have is to replace the dresser in the downstairs master suite as most of the drawers do not open and close properly. Also, just an FYI, I did not realize until we arrived that there is no half bath downstairs, as we were traveling with small children the first floor master bath was also the primary bath used by the children traveling with us - not a big deal but just something to be aware of.

The condo was perfect for our stay. Comfy beds, plenty of space in the condo. Welcome amenities made for an easy arrival into our stay. Well stocked, plenty of extras including towels for the pool/hot tub and humidifiers for each bedroom. We didn’t use the pool or laundry but did see where they were. Excellent location to warm springs slopes and bus stop.Very clean

Excellent stay for two families!

Clean, spacious, well stocked and an easy walk (4 minutes) to the slopes. Enjoyed the hot tub, which was large and nicely heated. The only odd thing was the doors kept locking in the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom and may be a good idea to change the door knobs upstairs. Besides that, we loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you!

Heaven in Warm Springs

This home is truly amazing. It accommodated two families, 8 people total, perfectly. Adults each had the 2 master bedrooms and 4 kids each shared the 2 additional bedrooms. TV loft upstairs was perfect for the kids to hang out in while the adults were downstairs. Perfect size and great storage areas for ski/board gear. SO close to Warm Springs lift. About a 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great stay!

Condo was very comfortable for 8. Plenty of space. Nicely appointed. Kitchen stocked for cooking. WiFi was good. Easy access to trails and town. Great communication with property management. Will definitely be back!!

I recently rented this condo for a family ski trip to Sun Valley. This place is in a great location and is walking distance to the Warm Spring Lodge and chair lift. The condo easily accomodated 6 people. Very clean

Perfect location, perfect size

Two families of 4 spent mid-winter break at this property. I only have good things to say about it. It was the perfect size for 8 people. The kids had their own living space upstairs and the grown ups took the downstairs. Extremely well appointed, very cozy, stylish and just a great place to call home during our stay. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to Warm Springs lodge and lifts. We will definitely come back to this place.

Great location

We visited Sun Valley for mid winter break with another family. Two couples with 4 kids ranging 10-13. The condo was just perfect in terms of location (walking distance to Warm Springs lodge) and space. Great layout, very well appointed and very comfortable and cozy. It felt like our own home instead of a rental. Will definitely come back.
