Off the dining area, there is access to a small deck with Northern views. There is another larger deck off the living room and the fourth bedroom.

The primary bedroom has a King bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a deck with Mt views. The bathroom has 2 sink vanities, a shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the full-size hallway bath. There is a single sink vanity and a shower only. The third bedroom has a twin daybed with a trundle that pulls out for another twin bed and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. This bedroom has a full-size bathroom with a single sink vanity and a combination shower/tub. The fourth bedroom is off the living area with a Queen sofa sleeper and access to the deck area. This room also has a full-size bath with a single sink vanity and shower.

The full-size laundry room located by the front door to the condo has a stack washer/dryer with sink and storage closets. There are two designated covered parking spaces, including one enclosed garage space in the complex, and street parking is available as well. The bikes in the garage are available for guests' use.
