    This newly remodeled 2-bedroom 2-bath 2-story condo located in West Ketchum will sleep up to 6 guests and is walking distance to town and sits by Trail Creek. On the main level is the living area with a 50-inch TV and a gas fireplace. There is access to the deck with a gas grill and outdoor furniture. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a 4-burner gas cooktop. There are 2 barstools at the countertop for extra seating. The dining table seats 4. There is a full-size bath also located on this level with a single sink vanity and a shower/ tub combo. There is a stack washer/dryer in the closet off the hallway.

    Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a 43-inch flat screen TV, a walk-in closet, and access to a full-size bath with a two-sink vanity and a shower/ tub combo. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds, a 43-inch flat screen TV, and access to the full-size hallway bath on the main level of the condo.
    There are hardwood floors throughout the condo, and great views to enjoy the creek that runs behind it.

    Complex Features: The Andora Villa condominiums are located near downtown Ketchum. This quiet villa overlooks tranquil Trail Creek and is about two blocks from downtown Ketchum, and approximately 1/2 mile from the River Run ski lifts access area. This complex offers a peaceful escape but also has easy access to entertainment, dining, and outdoor recreation. There is a free shuttle that picks up near the complex that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum, as well as Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.

    Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

This was a clean unit that is very close to river run and downtown Ketchum. The front desk was very helpful and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were staying at the condo for a work trip, and it was a great location for where we needed it to be - very central and easy to get to the main parts of Ketchum. The condo amenities were great, our only issue was that the fridge didn't produce water or ice. Other than that, we had a good stay!

This condo was really nicely done on the inside! Quality finishes and cabinetry. The outside looks kind of average but you open up the door to a completely different look. It was very clean and the beds are comfortable!

Good Catch in Ketchum!

This property is very conveniently located to town (shops, restaurants, etc.) and the Sun Valley Resort. It was our first visit to both Ketchum and Sun Valley and we loved the unit and location. There is a creek, in the back, which would look and sound wonderful during the summer season. The unit was very clean and was stocked with all of the things we would need for a visit. It is located off a busy road but, because it is set back by the creek, it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. We are looking forward to visiting again!

Awesome girls' trip with my daughters

My two daughters (14 & 19) and one of their friends stayed here and had such an incredible trip. I loved the property and location. It is walking distance to everywhere in Ketchum, but it's in a quiet, peaceful little area off of the main road. We had no trouble checking in late--the directions to pick up our keys were really clear. The back door lock is a little tricky, but there is a sheet of paper that includes clear directions for how to lock it. The second bathroom is downstairs, which was no problem for us, but you might want to put people who can go up and down stairs easily in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is very well stocked and there wasn't a single thing we needed that it didn't have when I made meals. I would definitely stay here again! It was also a fantastic time of year to be in Sun Valley with the changing leaves. So beautiful!
