"Lovely property. I was apprehensive since everything is electronic and doesn’t have a fulltime, in person reception but their customer service and apps were easy to use and had fast response times. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed. I liked having the free lockers available as well as laundry facilities (paid) in the building. I would recommend this property. "We were only at this property for one night, but I was very impressed with the accommodations. You couldn't ask for a better location in Salzburg. All the points of interest are mostly right outside of the hotel. I'm not familiar with this particular chain of hotels. I found it a little odd, though, that guests are given a, sort of, housekeeping list. It's mostly to clean up after yourself and take your trash to the basement receptacles. Not a big deal. "Ruhig gelegen trotzdem Zentral, Supermarkt mit dem Auto nur 2 min. entfernt. Bushaltestelle ist etwas entfernt. ca. 10 min. zu Fuß. Wir waren bei heißen 33 Grad da und hatten das Dachzimmer, im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist und die #Wärme sehr lange Nachts braucht bis sie drraußen ist. Aber ansonsten sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht."

"Best and most comfortable, clean, most luxurious house rental accommodation! All staff were very friendly, treat you like own family! "Built in 1540, but modern bathroom and sleeping area. Excellent owner/ host. Amazing view (both day and night) of the Hohensalzburg castle. On a narrow cobblestone street. Felt like “old Europe). Being a historic building- no air conditioning or elevator. But if you don’t mind taking a few stairs and sleeping with open windows it is worth it!"
