This home away from home is funky yet cozy, modern but warm, central but private. You will find the convenience of the location to be a perfect start to any adventures you have planned! The backyard is relaxing and completely private with comfy outdoor furniture and a firepit.

Spot was perfect for what we needed! We were visiting friends that were RV’ing at Camp Jellystone (less than 10 min drive from the house). I didn’t realize this property was a duplex, but we still felt adequately separated from the neighbor. Would definitely book this again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

The house was perfect for a travel party of three enjoying a wedding weekend near Kerrville. The house had everything we needed for our short stay, it was clean, and the decor was adorable!

The Brixley House was great, well decorated and spotless. The location was excellent, in the middle of Kerrville and close to everything. The property itself was very quiet but was only one block off the main thoroughfare. Check-in was effortless and our hosts were very communicative, with great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay at Brixley House again!

We enjoyed staying at this little cottage instead of the overpriced hotel we usually stay at when we visit Kerrville. Great location. Great experience. Two thumbs up. Would recommend.
