We had a delightful experience at your rental house! From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the stunning views of the Hill Country. It was truly a sight to behold and made our stay all the more special. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing us with restful nights and ensuring we woke up refreshed. The house was also impeccably well-equipped for entertaining. The beautiful decor added a touch of elegance and charm, making us feel right at home. We were also impressed with the generosity of towels provided, ensuring we never ran short. One minor complaint is stains on carpets in bedrooms. House is mainly tile and stained concrete, and carpet should be replaced. Lastly, the ample space ensured that everyone had their own area to relax and unwind.  All in all, our stay was nothing short of fantastic, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

I give this rental 5 stars!!! I can honestly say I have never given 5 stars until this property! Everything was even more amazing than the listing! We will definitely be staying again soon!!!

NO FREEZER in the house or on property. Keyless luck did not work, no key. Could not secure house. Mgmt company finally unlocked once we contacted them. TERRIBLE communication by management. Many out of order things, icemaker, freezer fridge in the Butler’s pantry and sink in the Butler’s pantry. The dishwasher worked, but did not clean the dishes. I had to wash dishes all weekend .The primary reason I rented this home is it had a good layout for hosting dinners. We were at a funeral in my family all mad at my house for all dinners. Very inconvenient no ice all my freezer goods were spoiled very very inconvenient. The management company never called us as requested multiple times Regarding the lock or freezer issue. Terrible response via text and email. Only one person even apologize for the inconvenience. His name was Oscar via email. Terrible communication they communicated through text through email but never one phone call. In my opinion unacceptable. I’m sure the homeowner is unaware of these issues, I think they should be aware and change the listing on VRBO and pictures. Show all this in the pictures but these things don’t work. The only thing that was working was a refrigerator in the kitchen. Also broken barstools on the patio and wicker chairs, seating ripped, very unsafe. It was a good house, but the management company is terrible.

Great Spot - perfect for our group

Unfortunately the AC was out for part of our trip as the Capacitor went bad. That just happens. The property management took care of it quickly and responded late at night when we realized the problem, so I give Kudos for taking care of the issue. The property is beautiful and we had great views of an incoming lightning and thunderstorm from the deck. It was stunning. I would give it 5 stars if we had access to a freezer where we could’ve kept Ice. The freezer in the main fridge is tiny and we couldn’t use the other 2, they weren’t running. I would totally book this property again, even with the issues we had, they were minor and the property fit our group perfectly.
