  • You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The house is right by a local park with a basketball court and playground, perfect for kiddos and picnics! This is a 2/2 home. 1 primary with a King bed and en suite bathroom, and one large bedroom with both Queen and Full size beds. The living spaces are all mid-century inspired, adorned even with a record player! We would love to host you the next time you are in Kerrville!

Texas Elite Show

Very clean and cozy, it is in a very quiet neighborhood and good location with easy access to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. Overall, well worth the visit, we will definitely be staying there again.

Cute Hill Country limestone cottage that met our needs perfectly. We were in town for a family reunion and this home work great. Cute neighborhood with a park across the street. Fire pit with outdoor seating. And well manicured yard. The property manager communicated quickly with all the information needed. Will definitely stay again.

This cottage was the perfect stay for our weekend in Kerrville. It exceeded our expectations, was very clean and plenty of room for the 5 of us. We especially enjoyed the outdoor firepit and patio area. Great location/neighborhood too. Will definitely book this again.

This is a beautiful native stone exterior cottage style home. First off the host was very helpful, informative, friendly and thorough. The house was beautiful inside and out, and very comfortable. We enjoyed listening to vinyl records in the living roomwhile we were relaxing after a long day. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We didn't use them, but there is a grill and a firepit out back. Overall we had a wonderful stay. 5 stars!

Great place in Kerrville

A wonderful place to stay while in Kerrville. The home is very comfortable and immaculate! The beds were perfect and Jeanette responded quickly to a question we had. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Great House

Centrally located, plenty of space, across from a park which was very convenient for the family and the wild life (ie, white tail deer) was a bonus! The kitchen was equipped with what we needed and bathrooms and bedroom more than met our needs! Overall easy house, would stay again!

Comfortable and clean

We had a great time in Kerrville. The location of this home was ideal. Close to everything but tucked away and quiet. We enjoyed the park across the street. The accommodations were very comfortable and the home was well stocked with anything we could want.

Cute Rock house

Much better than online. Huge lot with several sitting areas and a large space for parking. Large kitchen and bedrooms. Perfect location for exploring Kerrville. Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Great deer watching,

Our stay at this quaint house in Kerrville, TX was a delightful experience. The house was impeccably clean and offered all the comforts of home, making it the perfect retreat for our group of four adults. With two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, we enjoyed ample space and privacy during our two-night stay. One of the highlights was the charming baby deer that frequented the property, providing us with delightful entertainment. Overall, this cozy house was a wonderful escape, combining comfort with a touch of nature.

Comfortable and great location

This location was the perfect spot for our family while visiting during a 50th wedding anniversary celebration. There are some steep steps to enter the back of the property. For us this was not a problem, but if you have mobility needs make sure to check that before you book. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to get ready. We would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting in the future.

Enjoying the Kerrville area! A nice home and very pleased! The only negative that I have personally is that it had no handicapped facilities!! I’m in partial need of help but I took some things that made me more comfortable! I loved the place but as I needed some assistance I won’t be able to book this home again!! Thank you so much for such a sweet and beautiful little home!
