Completely renovated mid-century home!
This 1,407 sq. ft. home boasts 2 king rooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, game room (both containing smart TVs), an outdoor sitting area, fire pit and gas grill.
Enjoy coffee from our Keurig out on the front porch swing or back yard seating area. You'll surely enjoy watching the deer graze and birdwatching all the native Texas birds, right here on our street!!
Kick back and relax in the comforts of the living room or chill in the game room instead. There you can enjoy playing darts, ring toss, board games, dominoes, or try your luck at a "hole in one" game. As you transition into the backyard, feel free to challenge your family and friends to some cornhole. If you just prefer to chill, be sure to check out the old records we have for you to enjoy.

This home is close to entertainment, restaurants, wineries, breweries, the river trail and of course the Guadalupe River!!
Upon booking, we will send you a full list of our personal favorites among all dining, entertainment, and outdoor activities.

We are locally owned and operated, and our number one goal is to ensure that each guest has an amazing experience allowing them to fully decompress, relax and unwind.

The Magnolia Haus was wonderful. It had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. We spent a lot of time in the evening enjoying sitting in the backyard and stargazing. The house was cute and so cozy and inviting. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The deer that visited every morning and evening were great. We had fun feeding them and watching them. The hosts providing corn to feed them was a wonderful touch. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area. Kerrville itself is a wonderful town. Lots of great restaurants many along the river. And great shops in the area.

Here to volunteer for Lions Club. The house was a great location and perfect for four ladies. Super cute, clean and provided things we didn't know we needed.:) and the deer! Wow! They were a highlight of this trip!

Great hill country get away!

We loved our stay at this quaint house. It was so well equipped with everything we needed and being able to see and feed the deer was amazing. We had no shortage of deer at any given time in the front yard which was really beautiful! The beds were so comfy and the house was adorable. The game room was a lot of fun as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Restful oasis

Magnolia Haus was a perfect getaway for two senior friends. The neighborhood was very quiet with deer aplenty. The two bedrooms were very spacious, both with king beds! Decor was minimal and each room well appointed. Master bathroom shower was heavenly.

Great place to stay and relax.

We came in for a rally and had a great stay. The property was nice, clean and centrally located to stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Our host was great and even checked on us to see if we made it home ok. We will definitely stay here again

Four Nights, March 2025

The home is charming, like an updated cottage. It was very clean, comfortably furnished, with adequate linens, etc. The neighborhood felt safe, and we enjoyed the presence of many deer. It is within walking distance of some businesses and restaurants.The next door neighbor was often present in the street, and had some social challenges that might make some people feel uncomfortable, though she spoke to us pleasantly and didn't interfere with our activities.The house has no accessible washer or dryer, and no multi-cup coffee maker. It does have a Keurig, however, and some K-cups were provided.We enjoyed our stay.

Stay in Kerrville for Family Thanksgiving

Very nice house. Loved the two comfy king beds. Perfect for me and my wife and my brother and his wife. Really enjoyed the kitchen and two hangout areas.

A Charming House

We truly enjoyed our stay at this charming house in Kerrville. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The house seemed newly renovated but retained all the character of an older home. We would have loved to stay longer!

Beautiful cozy little house!

We will 100% be back! This little treasure was so well done, clean and sooooo comfortable! And there are so many deer just walking all over the little neighborhood! If you stay here you won’t be disappointed!

Lovely and Comfortable

Absolutely lovely! This house is so well appointed and user friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The game room was a hit after long days out in the heat. Beds were comfortable. A/C was great. Two large tv watching areas and a large kitchen with everything we needed. Nice bathrooms. Host was very responsive and friendly. Lovely decor! Couldn’t ask for more!!
