As you drive up the tree-lined driveway, you'll be greeted by our charming 3-bedroom home surrounded by beautifully landscaped tropical gardens. This peaceful retreat also features a cozy sleepout, adding flexibility as a fourth bedroom.

Just a short drive north along State Highway 10 from the roundabout at Kerikeri, La Petite Ferme is perfectly situated for a serene country experience. Our spacious 3½-acre property boasts stunning, mature trees, an orange orchard, and expansive park-like grounds, providing ample space for relaxation and outdoor activities.

Ample parking is available for your cars, trailers, and boats, ensuring convenience during your stay. Whether you're looking to explore the local area or unwind in the tranquillity of your surroundings, La Petite Ferme is the perfect escape for work colleagues, families and friends alike. Come create lasting memories in this little slice of paradise!

The Manor home offers four comfortable bedrooms (one in sleepout), generous living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the open-plan kitchen, dining area, and cosy lounge, all filled with natural light. The terrace is furnished with outdoor seating, providing the perfect spot to relax in the garden or host a family BBQ on the enclosed deck.

There is ample off-street parking available around the home for your cars, utes, trailers and boat.


Bedroom configuration for 4 bedrooms -
Bedroom 1 with 1 Queen bed,
Bedroom 2 with 1 Double bed,
Bedroom 3 with 1 Queen bed and a Single bed,
Bedroom 4 is a detached sleepout in the garden with 1 Double bed (please arrange with me when you book if you would like this available upon arrival),
Inside the main house, there is also a foldout double bed in the large hallway, which is more suitable for one adult or 2 children. Please let me know if you would like this made up for your stay.

All of the above sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.
