About this space:

Bohemian vibes and quality time with loved ones at this one-of-a-kind 5-acre Hudson Valley retreat. Three living areas, five bedrooms, and a fully updated kitchen offer comfort and style with touches like swinging daybeds and a Japanese soaking tub. Outside, enjoy a heated saltwater pool, expansive deck, fire pit, and hammocks just minutes from breweries, wineries, hiking trails, waterfalls, and more.

The space:

With its minimal Bohemian vibe and lots of space, this home has a wonderful open layout for multiple families coming together for a relaxing Hudson Valley getaway. With three separate living spaces—including a game room with a kitchenette—and five spacious bedrooms spread across three levels, plus five acres of outdoor space with a deck, heated pool, and fire pit, this is the retreat you’ve been dreaming of.

Living Spaces:

On the main level, you’ll find two separate living areas. Just off the dining room, the front living room offers a sofa and two armchairs centered around a decorative-only stone fireplace. The family room, with its comfy couch and armchair, is the perfect place to cozy up in front of the TV.

On the lower level, the game room is a great spot to hang out. It’s got a lounge area with a flatscreen TV, an air hockey table, and a wet bar with a full fridge. It also has direct access to the backyard and pool area, so you can easily grab drinks and snacks while enjoying the sun.

Kitchen & Dining:

The newly renovated kitchen is open to the main living area, with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space and cabinets, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The eat-in kitchen table is the perfect spot for breakfast before heading out to explore the Hudson Valley. For larger gatherings, the large wood dining table seats eight.

Bedrooms & Baths:

The bedroom layout in this home is perfect for families or groups wanting a bit of separation. Upstairs, you’ll find a zen space that includes the expansive primary bedroom and two additional bedrooms. There are also two queen bedrooms on the lower level, where you’ll find the game room with its own lounge area and wet bar. Linens and towels are provided, and we have a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outdoor Amenities:

Nestled on five beautiful acres, the dreamy backyard space has multiple entertaining options for an unforgettable Hudson Valley getaway. Relax on the deck, where you’ll find plenty of outdoor furniture, a grill, and a large dining table for six. It overlooks the pool area, which is fenced in for security (but please keep an eye on the little ones).

The 20x40 saltwater pool is now heated, making it perfect for a relaxing dip morning, day, or night—whether you’re visiting during peak summer or in the cooler shoulder seasons. It has a shallow sun shelf ideal for kids and goes up to 8 feet deep on the other end. There are also lounge chairs and umbrellas, so you can fully unwind poolside.

When it’s time for an afternoon nap, grab a hammock in the shade at the base of the hill – such a sweet spot to unwind. And roasting marshmallows at the fire pit is the perfect end to a day of adventure.

Guest access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck, heated saltwater pool, fire pit, and yard.

The only exceptions are a few clearly marked doors with locks or signage indicating they are private—these areas are not available for guest use. Thanks for understanding and making yourself at home!
Other things to note

Housekeeping Details:

• Pool Maintenance: Pool maintenance is performed weekly to keep the pool in top condition for your enjoyment (typically on Wednesdays).

• Plant Care: The landscaper stops by twice per week (weather dependent) to water newly established plants (typically Monday and Thursday).

• Lawn Maintenance: Lawn service is done every 10 days and usually takes about an hour.

These visits are brief, and all workers are respectful of your space and privacy. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the property to the fullest.
