We stayed here for almost three weeks, and everything about the home was excellent. The property is very modern, extremely spacious, and beautifully designed. Being a newer one-story home made it comfortable, easy, and perfect for our group.The location in Kennewick was ideal for our work needs. Super convenient to the Tri-Cities area, great commute, and in a very nice, upscale neighborhood. We felt safe, relaxed, and right at home the entire time.The host was awesome — responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay.Overall, this was an amazing experience. Clean, modern, quiet, and perfectly located. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This house is amazing! Everything was new and clean - all of the appliances worked like new, bedrooms for everyone and nice and quiet neighborhood. Tasteful decorations and huge master bath with nice shower. Jose’ is the perfect host. Accidentally left my phone charger there and Jose’ graciously spent his own to mail it back to me. Thank you, Jose’!

Inadequate supplies

This property was clean and in a great central location. However, the house was lacking in supplies. It is advertised to sleep 12. Unfortunately, it did not have sheets/pillows/blankets for all the bunk beds. The kitchen supplies were especially lacking: plates (8), silverware (4 complete sets), drinking glasses (6), one dishtowel, no dish soap or sponges; no foil/plastic wrap, food containers, salt. We managed and had a good time, but were underwhelmed with the house setup. The door code did not work on arrival, but Jose was very prompt in responding to our call and resetting the code.

The easiest rental we’ve ever done!

This lovely home was just perfect for our family group of 6 adults and 2 young children. It even had crib for the toddler! Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. If your group includes children, there is a terrific playground at the bottom of the hill. Check in and check out were a breeze. I confidently recommend this terrific place.

Lovely stay

The property looked brand new and was decorated very nicely. We picked this home because of the proximity to my son's new home. The home had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Looking forward to visiting again.

Family fun

My sister and her husband were going to a wedding in the area and couldn’t take their dogs so we ( my husband and I) said we’d tag along to babysit the pups and go wine tasting while they were busy. We had a fantastic time. The yard is fenced for the pups and the house was perfect for us with the master at one end and the main living in the middle.

Great Vacation Home in Kennewick

The home was beautiful and clean. Perfect setup for our family of 4 adults, one teenager, and one 9 year old. Great location for the purpose of our stay. Would definitely stay at this property again if the opportunity arises.

Beautiful Home

This home was perfect for my group of 10. The home is beautiful with an open concept layout in the kitchen and living room. It was so clean and bright and very close to breweries, coffee, and restaurants. Jose (the owner) was very communicative throughout my stay and was accommodating.

Excellent property!

Very clean, has everything you need! Air conditioning was nice. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, WiFi, TV, perfection! Jose was super responsive and helpful with every question we had. Couldn’t be a better rental in the tri-cities area.
