The location is great and has potential for being so much more. Lack of communication, cleanliness, not addressing continual beeping in the house for 2 1/2 days was annoying and very poor service. We were locked out for over an hour 1/2 as they double locked the doors. We had to wash multiple bedrooms sheets and comforters due to stains, dirt, and hairs. No communication on exit process or response to my complaint when i reached out.

We had an amazing vacation. This house is even better than the pictures show. Kevin is an extremely pleasant host to work with - he was quickly attentive to any issues we had. The house is incredibly close to town and not far from the beach. 6 adults and 5 children all 5 and under stayed here for 4 nights incredibly comfortably. The house also comes equipped with a high chair and pack n play. We would definitely stay here again!

Best location in Kennebunkport

The house is beautiful with plenty of room for larger groups. Everything you want is a short walk from this place. (Dock Square) The only time we used our rental car was to visit neighboring cities. We would stay at this place again!

Family celebration

What a wonderful surprise to have the home we rented above and beyond our expectations. Celebrating my husband’s 90th birthday with our children and grandchildren was heartwarming and so comfortable in this home. We did all our own cooking, so was very grateful to find the kitchen was well appointed and maintained.

Attractive and comfortable

The photos are accurate; the interior is new and nicely decorated. This is an inviting and serene home, with substantial furniture, quality climate control, great water pressure and plenty of natural light. Right outside the door are pleasant, easy walks to many shops, restaurants, beaches and other attractions. Great place for six old ladies to enjoy a late summer get-away.

Great Stay in Kennebunk

Had a great stay in Kennebunk. House is located close to town and also a short ride to beaches. We were six adults and four young children and there was plenty of space for everyone. House is well equipped for families with small kids - we would definitely stay again!

Prime location for perfect Kennebunk Port stay!

Look no further - this *newly* renovated home has it all! Our extended family enjoyed the *prime* Kennebunkport location of this pristine rental. We enjoyed the welcoming kitchen and family room together, but also the comfort in our own spaces to retreat to at the end of the day. The third floor boasts a master suite with sitting area overlooking the port - and is complete with a fun bunk room inspired for the kids. We hope to be back!
