"I loved the Harbor View. Even during our down time, we could sit and enjoy watching the ships coming and going. Also, you have the fastest elevators LOL.

We were travelling as a group and wanted rooms together which we didn’t get.

The 2nd night, our room or bathroom wasn't cleaned (we had to connect with the front desk for refills on body wash and conditioner, as well as toilet paper).
The 3rd night, our room was half cleaned (only 1 of 2 beds were made).
The 4th night, my child was playing with her toys and she yelled she seen a bug. It was a big silver fish. Contacted the front desk, advised of this they asked if it was in the bathroom, I told them it was in the walk way. We were...
