"A lovely house and just the right size for us within a great part of Sutton and close to Sutton Park that I remembered from my childhood. There wasn't any communication apart from knowing the code to collect the key, the box of which was open and I was unable to lock it on departure. Took time to find the details of setting the heating and WIFI. Nothing on bins eg recycling which we gathered and put into one. Overall, a lovely warm home and we hope we took as much care of it as it was due....

"The house was spacious, cosy, and welcoming and we were enjoying our stay.Unfortunately, our experience was ruined on the last day due to an honest mistake with the check out date. We thought it was Saturday at 10 but it was actually Friday. When we got a call around 1pm asking why our belongings were still there we rushed back (about 20 minutes away) to pack up.When we arrived, the owners were cleaning and were shockingly rude. Instead of speaking to us calmly, they were confrontational and...

"A top range property which had had a lot of thought put in to it but the while the under floor heating could be turned down it could not be put completely off and we were far to hot on occasion. It did feel a little impersonal and not to welcoming as the key was in the property and we had no contact at all with the owner or family "

"Cosy setting, lots of amenities in the property. Would’ve been nice to have met the owner when checking in (met him upon checking out) but otherwise really nice stay. Will happily stay there again. "

"The house was a lovely property with plenty of space inside and out. All the amenities you could ask for. The only negative was the mattress in the double bed and the two single beds were firm and uncomfortable and I would suggest purchasing a mattress topper or some new mattresses as this was the only negative that we experienced. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. "
