526 Third Street Villa is a beautiful brand-new, ADA accessible home (sleeps 8) located 3 blocks from Horseshoe lake, Historic Downtown Woodland, WA and just 25 miles to PDX! You’ll love this home for its location, comfy beds, luxury linens, brand new and modern kitchen and private courtyard with firepit!

The space
This is a very bright and open, brand-new 3 bedroom (king, queen, 2 queen) , 2 bath home that sleeps 8. Beautiful new furnishings, high thread count linens, fluffy towels and robes, soaking tub in the master suite and outdoor fire pit help make this a truly relaxing stay.
You'll find some sweet details in this open home. Perfect for lounging, inside and out. Out front, you'll find a private entry and two car garage and plenty of parking. Explore downtown Woodland by bike (2 adult bikes available for use) or by foot, or stay in and relax by the fire and watch a movie on one of the three big screen Smart TV’s, WIFI included.
*There is a Pack n Play and High Chair provided for your stay
*Third Street Villas are NOT appropriate for noisy groups. Quiet hours begin at 10pm and are enforced by local law enforcement

House was amazing!!! Kitchen was great for a big gathering, had everything you could think of and more. Bathrooms are huge. This is a great ADA house. I few thing should be addressed. 1. Garbage disposal doesn’t work2. BBQ needs a drip pan or mat3. Bigger table that would accommodate 6 plus adults. Maybe a folding table with chairs. We took the bench from one room then we had 4 chairs with a bench for 2

Even better than the pictures! This was one of the nicest VRBO homes we have ever stayed in. The mattresses were so comfortable, the couch was real leather, and the enormous kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was perfectly managed and it was so easy to communicate with the owner. It is extremely clean and the furniture and beds are the most comfortable of any rental we've stayed at. I highly recommend it and its sister house nice door. We loved walking along the lakefront to get coffee and breakfast food and visit shops before our adventures.

Bright, new, large kitchen with granite countertops, huge master bath, 3 tvs, nice deck, 8’H doors! Immaculate. Only negative was the king bed was noisy? Not sure why? Maybe the frame? And too soft and I like soft.

A perfect place when attending an event

From our granddaughter to my 90 year old mother, we had a wonderful time. This house is great, was wonderful for my mom too. A great house for all ages! Spacious, great kitchen and bedrooms were big and master wonderful.

This is such a gorgeous property. It’s set up so well I might just ask what the house plan is! The kitchen is outstanding, the furnishings are tasteful, and the location is perfect for getting around in Woodland quickly. Loved it!

Wedding weekend

We stayed for the weekend for a family wedding nearby. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house, but everything was perfect! Great spaces for hanging out, kitchen is amazing if we had needed to cook. Walked up the street and grabbed some great tacos, and took a nice walk to the nearby park.
