Audrey’s Cottage is a semi detached, two-bedroom holiday let sleeping up to four guests. There is plenty of space and room for you to relax and enjoy your stay.



The kitchen at Audrey’s Cottage is stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from an electric oven and induction hob to two fridge freezers and a dishwasher. The kitchen seats six people comfortably, so you can have a cosy family dinner or enjoy a dinner party with friends.



With two comfy sofas and a smart TV, the living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day. But perhaps the best feature of the room is the spectacular view of the stunning countryside out the sliding doors so you can experience the beauty of Scotland from the comfort of your own living room.



With the choice of a super king-size bed or twin beds in both rooms thanks to the zip & link bed setup, you can create the perfect sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. If you require either of the super king beds to be split into singles for your stay, please let us know upon booking. The built-in wardrobes are perfect for keeping your belongings organised and the room looking tidy. Whether you’re coming alone, with friends, or as a family, Audrey’s Cottage has everything you need to make your stay a memorable one.



The bathroom features a relaxing bath with an overhead shower, a mirrored cabinet, a sink, and a toilet.



Audrey’s Cottage’s garage is at your disposal to use as extra storage. There is also access to a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer overflow.



The private driveway can comfortably accommodate two vehicles, and the secure gardens provide arguably the best views in the area. Whether you’re looking for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this comfortable and well-appointed property is perfect for families or small groups.

The keys to Audrey’s Cottage are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in.



Private on-site parking is available for two vehicles.



Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Audrey’s Cottage per reservation.

The nearest train station to Kirk Yetholm can be found across the border in Berwick-upon Tweed where there are direct services running to locations across the UK including Aberdeen, Bristol, London and Newcastle upon Tyne. Tweedbank station is also a similar distance and from here you can travel to Edinburgh and Galashiels.



One bus route can be found operating in Kirk Yetholm. The 81 runs between the market town of Kelso and the village of Morebattle.



The nearest airport to Kirk Yetholm is Newcastle Airport which is 60 miles away.
