"Excellent stay. Staff was very helpful and professional. Although the suite was basic as one would expect of student housing, it’s clean and have all the basic amenities. Access to the gym which much better equipped than any resort was great."

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott West Kelowna
"Breakfast was OK except the coffee tasted burnt and bitter. The staff was friendly, but not very helpful at the check-in when we try to early check-in, the room wasn’t ready and then three hours later around 5 PM. It was still not ready. Hotel in general very clean, but was expecting more from a ..."

"Staff was fantastic hotel is still undergoing upgrades and some parts are still dated however we were treated like special guests our asks were actioned right away and the whole staff was super friendly"
