"nice hotel"

"The front desk lady was rude on our first night of check in. On Sept. 4 th. We have stayed there before and were not treated rudely but this time the lady was rude. We won’t be back! Very disappointed. We had a dog room(we had our dog with us) and it smelled bad, the carpet was really dirty as well. I understand that it’s a dog room, but it shouldn’t smell like urine. Unhealthy for the next dog and humans to stay in there! Again very disappointed!"

"This property is very nice and super clean. We were there mid-week, so it was really quiet. The location is about a block from the Coeur d'Alene bike trail, so perfect for us. Communication from the host was limited to instructions on how to get into and check out of the property. I would highly recommend this property and the host to anyone going to the Idaho Panhandle for a few days of recreation. We will certainly stay here again."

"Clean, well maintained room. Very quiet. Good selection of breakfast items. Only c/o room air heat unit did not have any knobs to adjust temp in room. However, we definitely would stay here again."
