"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

We loved everything about this hotel , the spa , indoor pool , sauna , breakfast, the balcony with the most amazing view , also the location so close to the centre
I will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone
