"What an amazing location to stay in the Speyside area and in Dufftown. My expectations were well exceeded by the fit out and finish of the property, the size and space and practical appointments for this accommodation. A modern bathroom complimented the more traditional cottage feel and there was also a washing machine that was very timely at this stage of my holiday. "Beautiful quiet cottage to recharge and reflect. Very sad time for us due to bereavement but cottage helped to heal our souls. We all loved it even the dog. Mattresses were a bit hard for our backs and sofas a bit soft and low but would not deter us from coming back. Wood burner was excellent at keeping cottage cosy. 9/10"

"We had a wonderful stay at Nether Bellandy! Tony and Sharon were great hosts and the cottage is surrounded by beautiful scenery in the Scottish highlands. We saw plenty of local bird and wildlife, had great encounters with the farm animals on site and really enjoyed the remote and quiet location. Would definitely stay again!"

"The house is absolutely lovely, and very well stocked. For a family group of 6 from the US, ranging in age from 6 to 80, we had everything we need to cook for a few nights. Great spices, olive oil, vinegar -- even coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine. The stay was delightful, and Nethy Bridge is a darling town!!"

"We really enjoyed our 3rd stay at Doug’s house in seatown only a few streets away from Cullens beautiful beaches. The house is clean spacious and well appointed. Doug is a good communicator and always on hand to help or answer inquiries."

"What a lovely couple who own the cottages, Ramsey,Tracy . Nothing was too much trouble , the cottage was spotless the gardens for the kids to play on amazing , took our mountain bikes and had the time of our lives, thankyou Ramsey for taking us around different close villages so we new where to go and get our bearings . "Beautiful home away from home in the country. Gorgeous Scottish scenery out every window. A great private location with a fully stocked kitchen etc. If you are coming from abroad be prepared for a short narrow drive from the nearest town but we'll worth it. We were sad to leave.."

"Beautiful, stunning views from this secluded spot. A short drive in the Dufftown and a 15 minute drive to The Glenlivet. Having a personal hot tub was a welcome treat. Tracy was a a lively host!"
