Wat een heerlijk plekje met prachtig uitzicht. Je komt hier helemaal tot rust (je hoort alleen de vogeltjes). We komen hier graag terug!

Fantastic Villa in Great Location

The view from the Villa out to sea is spectacular. The property was clean and comfortable. We met the owner, a very pleasant lady, who was most helpful during our stay.

Villa Thalia was by far the nicest property my family and I stayed. The Villa was nicely decorated and very spacious. All the furnishings are nice and comfortable, and the Kitchen was well equipped. Wonderful location with amazing views. We sat and watched the sun down and it was magical. We will definitely visit again.

Would definitely recommend it. The BBQ was great. We visited in early October and found everywhere very quiet which suited us perfectly. We sat on the terrace and watched the sundown and it was magical. We will definitely visit again.

This property is the best Ive stayed in so far. It has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay and is so clean. Very helpful information folder provided at the property and is a very quiet away from it all location. The views are stunning and I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. If you want to get around the island I would recommend car hire but if you want the peace and quiet and happy to stay at the villa, it has everything you need in it and the shop and taverna are close by.

The accommodation was immaculate and as expected from the pictures (which is sometimes not the case!). It is modern and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. A fantastic group of people. What more can I say - we hope to be back next year.

Agni travel were very good, responding quickly and recommended good car hire place. Also arranged late check out at reasonable price. Villa excellent and Mrs Thalia delightful - helpful and friendly. Trapezaki fabulous spot - a bit quieter and less touristy which is what we wanted. Lovely holiday overall. Thank you all very much.

We had a perfect 10 days in Trapezaki. The scenery, villa local people, tavernas were all amazing and made the holiday extra special. The temperature was just about right when we stayed (end of September) it went chilly in the evenings so advise taking a jumper. Wise to rent a car and travel to some of the local beaches especially Ratzakli which is great for families. There is plenty of wildlife to admire around the villa and the pool was big enough for a cool off and to play some games. Would highly recommend.

We have just returned from an excellent and very relaxing holiday at Villa Thalia Katerina. The Villa is very comfortable. Air Conditioning in all rooms. Well, equipped kitchen and utility rooms and great pool area outside. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our friends...The pool was the lovely and perfect temperature in August...Trapezaki has 4-5 nice tavernas only within a short walking distance. We tried nice tasty local food there and found the people of Trapezaki and Kefalonia very friendly and hospitable. Nice relaxed holiday overall. Already booked Villa Thalia Katerina for next year.

We had a lovely relaxing week in Trapezaki. We did not hire a car but were able to walk tothe local shop beach and a few tavernas. The local beach was worth the steep walk down (and back up) when we first arrived. However after two prolonged thunder storms it was completely different Lots of debris tree branches and seaweed. So glad we saw it before the storms. We got the bus to Lourdas beach and taxis when we wanted to go further afield. This suited us but if you want to explore more of the island a car is essential.

La villa est spacieuse. L’extérieur, terrasse et piscine, est très agréable, avec une très belle vue sur la mer. La maison fait partie d’un complexe de 4 villas, avec entrées autonomes, entourées de jardin, tout est très bien entretenu par les propriétaires et un technicien qui viennent discrètement tôt nettoyer la piscine et les abords et arroser les plantes. La villa Caterina est au bout du chemin d’accès, très calme. Les derniers mètres sont un peu raides et caillouteux. La place pour garer la voiture est protégée du soleil par un toit, c’est très agréable. L’entrée et la sortie de la voiture demandent de bien manœuvrer.Le wifi ne fonctionne qu’à l’extérieur (probablement commun aux 4 villas) ce qui ne pose pas de problème car l’espace terrasse est grand, bien aménagé ( grande table pour 6, deux transats lits confortables), bien protégé du soleil ou de la pluie.Il y a des restaurants et un petit supermarché à proximité par contre pour les plages, il faut une voiture. Le bord de la côte est pentu et la villa est dans un zone habitée en retrait sur les collines. Notre plage préférée du secteur: la petite crique accessible par les rochers à droite de la plage de Pessada. Et pour l’ambiance restaurants, passegiata et coucher de soleil: Lourdata. Argostoli et ses tortues, les monastères de St André et St Gerasime et le mont Ainos sont accessibles à moins d’une heure. Un bon emplacement pour découvrir cette partie de l’île !

Great views and quiet location

Good location, fantastic views, lovely clean pool and villa. Advise car hire. Great local restaurants. Thalia, property manager is friendly and is around all day every day. The villa is definitely value for money but basic. Patio and living room furniture uncomfortable and beds hard. No channels on TV to watch as no signal and DVD player there, but no DVD’s. I would revisit Kefalonia but would prefer booking direct with owner not via a host company that doesn’t quite give you that personal touch compared to my previous travel experiences. Not sure why all previous reviews dated the same day 🤔

Perfect for a tranquil break and relaxation. I liked the location and the scenic views. Villa Thalia Katerina was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Bedrooms are a good size, with plenty of storage space. Nice spacious outside area with garden, private pool, and terrace. Villa is in a very peaceful and secluded location only a 5-minute car trip to Trapezaki and Kanali beach which really comes alive each day, with a huge choice of restaurants, tavernas, bars, and entertainment. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. Nice spend time at Trapezaki and Agios Thomas Beach where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. We had a nice holiday at the villa and Trapezaki and we will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.
