Liakas Village Apartments is a beautiful resort of 15 apartments in Spartia, southwestern Kefalonia. Built with lots of attention it takes advantage of its location, offering stunning views of Mount Ainos and across the surrounding countryside and the sea, with the island of Zakynthos in sight. It is located on the hillside above Cape Liakas close to the village of Spartia. The little town of Spartia is 2.5km away or a twenty-minute walk where there are 2 mini markets, tavernas, and a beautiful sandy beach a short distance from the village. The south coast resorts of Lourdas and Trapezaki are nearby and worth visiting, while Argostoli is 10 minute drive away.

Each one-bedroom apartment measures approximately 55m2 and occupies an entire floor. Each apartment sleeps up to four people. They are spacious and well-furnished, some have double beds, some single beds and there are two sofa beds in the living room that can provide bedding for 3rd and 4th person. They are well-furnished, providing a fully equipped kitchen with an electric kitchenette, plenty of cupboards, a free-standing fridge freezer, and a double sink unit complete with utensils. The separate bathroom comprises of toilette, shower room, and wash hand basin. The apartments on the top floor have back-and-forth balconies and the ground floor apartments have access to the garden/ pool, all complete with patio furniture and mountain, sea & pool views. Housekeeping is included in the price (once in a week's stay). Linen, bath, and pool towels are also provided and also changed once in a week's stay.

Liakas Village Apartments features a large swimming pool of 7 x 14 meters plus a 65cm deep children's pool with large shaded terraces with sun beds around. The pool bar serves buffet breakfast from 08:30 - 11:00 am every day which is included in your price. All other hours you may also buy and enjoy your drink or a snack by the pool.

Organize and have fun with a game at the resort's tennis court- equipment provided. Invite your friends and organize a BBQ (you can use the BBQ- no coal or staff provided). For romantic getaways or family gatherings, the Liakas apartment resort is the best accommodation choice.

I’ve never left a I’ve review, but here I am. I’m giving the place two star review because the pool and woman at the pool bar were great. On our first night (of five) we found ants in our room. I told the property manager in the morning and she didn’t seem to care. She said that there are ants in Greece and there isn’t anything she can do, and I’m the only guest that cared, according to her, that there were ants in our room. She said she would send someone to check the room, but no one ever came. The next morning our apartment was covered in ants - bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. I texted through WhatsApp, Vrbo and emailed (with pictures and videos) with no reply. Went to the pool bar to complain, told them I wanted a new room or our money back so we can go elsewhere and she sent in cleaners. The cleaners sprayed the room, not sure with what, but I was told it was “safe” as they use it all the time. The ants returned by day four. After we left the island both my teens found ants in their suitcases, as they slept in pullout sofas in the living room where most of the ants were. Spent the next three days on our vacation trying to remove all the ants from my children’s clothes and suitcases.

Great place for a relaxing family stay.

Great relaxed vibe with super friendly staff and lovely outdoor space. Rooms maybe a little basic but spotlessly clean, spacious and perfectly functional. Some great beaches and restaurants nearby (30 mins walk) but a car is essential for exploring.

Lovely week at Liakas village- Spartia

The property is well maintained and cleaned. The staff is kind and helpful. The location is good and it is very quite but it is a good spot for visiting most of the beaches in the area. There are also good selection of restaurants around, but you will definitely need a car if you stay here

Wonderful stay

We loved our visit here to this peaceful corner of the island. There’s several beautiful little beaches within a short drive and the accommodation is simple but with everything you need. The pool area is large for the number of guests and Christine is very welcoming and well organised. We were allowed a late check out which helped us a lot. Would recommend

A lovely place to stay

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week and we loved it. The apartment is cool and comfortable, with a lovely breakfast every day and a gorgeous pool. Wasps were a bit irritating at breakfast but I think this is seasonal. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Spartia is a lovely little village and the nearby beaches are beautiful and not overcrowded. Really recommended.

Appartamento nel verde

Appartamenti piccoli ma confortevoli immersi in un prato verde all’inglese. Bella la vista. Molto apprezzata la piscina. Non essendo molti appartamenti il posto è tranquillo e no. Affollato. La location è abbastanza comoda per raggiungere le varie spiagge del sud. Un po’ complicato arrivare la prima volta (non vi affidate a google maps, vi manda su stradine sterrate senza uscita!!) Ci tornerei sicuramente

sehr schöne Anlage

wir waren als Familie Anfang September 2018 im Liakis Village. Begeistert hat uns die Pool-Anlage. Unsere Kinder waren gar nicht mehr rauszukriegen. Viel Platz und Palmen darum herum. Auch die Apartments waren voll ok. Viel Platz zwischen den Häusern. Man hat keinen Nachbarn direkt auf der Pelle. Die meisten Zimmer sind mit Meerblick. Sehr gepflegte Außenanlage. Alles sehr sauber. Als großen Vorteil empfanden wir, dass das Frühstück inklusiv war. Deshalb kein Stress mit Kaffee kochen, Brot kaufen oder Geschirrspülen. Frühstück war sehr gut. Mit Eiern und Toast. Aber auch Obst, Müsli und verschiedene Süßgebäcke. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Man kann auch tagsüber an der Bar etwas Trinken oder Essen. Bis zum Dorf Spartia sind es etwa 2 km. Dort gibt es ein sehr gutes Restaurant, ein Café und 2 Läden. Für schöne Strände muss man ein Stück fahren.

Molto bello e pulito

Il posto è molto bello, tranquillo e vicino al mare. Volendo si potrebbe anche raggiungere a piedi Gli appartamenti sono piccoli ma nuovi e puliti è forniti con tutti il necessario. Molto bella anche la piscina. Ci sarebbe anche un bar ma purtroppo gli orari di apertura non erano molto compatibili con i nostri (10-16) quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruirne. Rete wireless scadente.
