Welcome to our cozy and bright hillside studio, nestled in the tranquil village of Kaminarata on the western side of Kefalonia. Just 7 minutes by car from Lixouri, the island’s second-largest town and ferry port, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect blend of simplicity, comfort, and spectacular scenery.
Whether you’re sipping wine on the balcony, unwinding in the infinity pool, or watching the sun dip below the Ionian horizon, this is the place to relax, recharge, and reconnect.


INDOOR
The highlight of the property is the infinity pool, where you can swim or relax on sun loungers while soaking in endless sea and sunset views. Right next to the pool is a well-kept garden and shaded lounging area — perfect for breakfast, drinks, or stargazing at night. Located on the elevated ground floor of a beautiful stone-built complex with just three apartments, this newly built studio is ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful escape in nature. The interior is an open-plan layout that includes:

OUTDOOR
Your studio has its own private entrance via an exterior staircase on the left side of the building, ensuring privacy and easy access. There is also a dining table and chairs.
Guests have access to a stunning infinity pool with uninterrupted views of the sea and the lush Kefalonian hills. Spend your mornings sunbathing or take a refreshing dip after a day exploring the island.
The shared pool area is quiet and relaxing, with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a shaded space for reading or dining. Please note: children must be supervised at all times while in the pool area
