"Booked through Expedia, easy booking, good communication. Nice little end terraced property suited us for the night. We was visiting family so only slept in property. Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. Don't know about area. No teabags or milk so bring your own. Thank you for the stay much appreciated. "

"We were very happy with this accommodation, location to Golden Palm - excellent. Love the ducks roaming free!! We attended a motorcycle event based at the Golden Palm. Chip shop 2 mins away and breakfast Cafe- JT's over the road. Couldn't be better for a cheap as chips weekend away!!"

"Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again "

"We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. "Good size and well equipped room. Most things newish and everything worked. It was very clean and the bed comfortable. One big issue stood out. The bathroom had no power socket (e.g. for shaver) and the sink/mirror area was in a small, dark, unlit alcove that prevented easy and convenient useuse"
