Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four boats a day going to and from the island in the summer months and one boat a day in the winter months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer months. Most of these houses have been built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The villa is just 3.5 kilometers from Otzia, where there is a large sandy beach and two restaurants. The villa is set on a 8,000 sq meters plot of land and can be rented out in its entirety, accommodating 14 people. The property is split into two floors. The top floor can be rented separately.

The ground floor has two apartments with 2 bedrooms each. Apartment A has a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower and a guest w.c. Apartment B has a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower and a guest w.c.

In front of the apartments is a large shaded terrace with a dining area for 8 people and two small seating areas. To the right of the villa there is a "cave", with a large dining/seating area and a bathroom. To the left of the villa there is a shaded dining area with a barbecue.

The apartments will be de-sanitized, before guests arrive and after their departure.
