"excellent personal and nice hotel"

"Todo perfecto, habitación amplia, cama fantastica, desayuno completo"

"Limpia personal atento "

"We were able to get a late check in"

"Das Zimmer war richtig heruntergekommen. Türzarge kaputt, Waschbeckenunterschrank Füße gebrochen, Stand schief. Das Zimmer wird nicht täglich gereinigt. Personalmangel anscheinend. Empfehlen kann ich das Hotel nicht."

"Limpieza y habitación amplia "

"We stayed 3 nights at the Grand Wyndham Kayseri and we really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very nice, great location, the bedroom is spacious. The staff were friendly, free parking, free use of the swimming pool. Only complain is that the price of drinks at the roof top bar are excessive… 11 euros for a small bottle of water and a tea!!!...Be aware that Hotels.com advertises this hotel as being on the doorstep of the ski slopes, and that isn’t true, Erciyes Ski resort is 25 min away by car...

"I had a wonderful week in the Gevher Hotel while doing some snowboarding on the Erciyes mountain, the personal is really nice, the rooms very comfortable and the breakfast variated. 10/10"

"Oda çok karanlıktı ışık yetersizdi ama onun dışında her şey on numaraydı"

"Great customer service!"
