"The spacious apartment style hotel was great. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. I appreciated the large kitchen area and access to a laundry room. The friendly multi-lingual front staff also helped answer any questions I had along the way. "

"We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other places we found in Tokyo — perfect for our family of three. The beds were very comfortable, and the cleaning schedule (every 3rd or 4th day) worked well for us. The bathroom shower had a bit of a distinct smell, but it didn’t bother us much. There is a kitchenette and washer/dryer. The location is fantastic — within walking distance to Ueno Station, Ameyoko shopping street, Senso-ji Temple, and Ueno Park....

"There was a weird smell in the room we noticed when we first arrived. Room is ok, a little dated and the rooms are very dark, overcompensated by very bright lights that you can’t dim. The beds were comfy, only one pillow provided, I guess we could ask for more at reception if we needed. Cooking facilities and washing machine really good. Location excellent, 10 minute walk to Tokyo station and 1 minute from Ginza line which was very convenient- Lawsons and 7-11 very close. "

"This placed exceeded our expectations! The staff were amazing and kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet and comfortable. The location was top notch. Nothing to complain about at all!!!!! The washer/dryer combo was a life saver and just couldn’t be happier!! "

"The MONday Apart Shin-Okachimachi was a hidden gem with clean facilities, numerous amenities, in-unit laundry, and professional staff. "Nice, large room with a small kitchen. Very clean and staff was very helpful. Conveniently located near two train stations and easy to get to from the airport on the TCAT shuttle bus. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. "
