"The bathroom smells strongly of urine. It may look clean, but it smells like old urine, similar to bathrooms at a music festival. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to use the bathroom. The hotel is very different from the photos. The staff never answers phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or messages sent through booking platforms. The room is very dirty; the floor is covered in dust and dirt, and it’s clear they only mop without soap."

"Check in Rápido y muy amable.

"It's not what they advertised as breakfast supposed to be provided, but the staff beat the bush around it and did not provide the breakfast at all. General cleanliness is very poor. Bathroom dirty and continuously water leaks. Hot water didn't work. On complain was fixed for the second day. Would not recommend for stay as there are other better, cheaper and closer accommodation available around the airport which I did on the second day. Shame on them. "
