The ground floor also includes an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer. A shower room with WC and a separate WC complete this level. Additionally, the ground floor features a konoba with a dining table and an open-hearth fireplace.
The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, offers a second living and dining area with sloping ceilings, air conditioning, and satellite TV, with exits leading to both a balcony and a roofed terrace.
