  • Apt Jakov 2 is only 70 meters away from lovely beach. Apt is newly renovated. This beautiful apartment consists of spacious 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom and 1 toilet and large terrace. The apartment is located in Kastel Stafilic - lovely town known by beautiful beach. Walking along the coast you will explore many beaches, restaurants, caffe bars, fruit and vegetable markets, little European stores etc. The Apt is located between lovely towns Trogir and Split. Apt has beautiful sea views, private parking, barbecue area, Wi-Fi, Air-Condition, close to lovely beach, stores and restaurants.

    Apartment Jakov 2 is newly renovated and delightfully furnished. The apartment is suitable for up to 6 persons. The apartment consists of a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 1 toalet. Sleeping is in 3 bedrooms and on 1 sofa bed in the living room. Every window in the open plan living and dining area offers beautiful view of the sea. You can enjoy barbecuing outside . This apartment offers outstanding views of the sea. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one bedroom has 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms have each a double bed. The bathroom is fully equipped. The apartment provides all the amenities you'll require during your stay ( free Wi-Fi, air condition, cable TV, dish washer, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, bed linen ..). There are private parking spaces in front of the house. This apartment is only 6 km away from Trogir a delightful UNESCO World Heritage town and Split only 23 km

Ruza und Jakov sind fantastische Vermieter, so lieb und fürsorglich. Zum Empfang gab es Getränke, Kekse und sogar eine große Flasche etwas ganz "Besonderes".Die Wohnung ist supersauber und alles ist toll gepflegt!Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen, die Betten sind hervorragend, und es ist nachts sehr leise in der Umgebung (auch dass der Flughafen in der Nähe ist, war überhaupt nicht störend oder nachts zu hören).Man kann sehr schön mehrere Kilometer am Wasser Richtung Split spazieren gehen/ laufen.Wir würden alle immer wieder hier Urlaub machen und kommen sehr gern wieder.Jakov hat uns sogar am Abreisetag zum Flughafen gefahren, da wir ohne Auto dort waren.Man kann allerdings auch mit dem Bus z. B. zum Flughafen oder Split fahren, die Haltestelle ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt!Vielen ganz lieben Dank!

Die Wohnung ist absolut fantastisch! Es ist sauber und an alles gedacht worden. Die Vermieter sind super nett, hilfsbereit und sehr sehr angenehm und freundlich. Der Strand ist fast direkt vor der Haustür. Unser Fazit: jederzeit super gerne wieder! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Calm

The property is new, modern, wth high ceilings and a balcony facing the sea. Ruza and jacob were wonderful . They gave us good information. There are 2 grocery stores ,a bread shop, and 2 coffee bars close by. Old village is a short walk away and reflects the history of the area. A bus runs up to trogir and down to split every 20 minutes. A quiet and convient place to stay.

Rundum ein schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Vermieterin nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten dort einen erholsamen Urlaub und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. 2 kleine Anmerkungen haben wir aber noch. Vor der Anreise haben wir nur einen Straßennamen ohne Hausnummer erhalten, dies erschwerte die Anreise. Doch zum Glück wurden wir nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit der Vermieterin dann zur Wohnung geführt. Weiterhin ist die Küche sporadisch eingerichtet (Besteck reicht für 1x Essen bei 6 Personen). Alles nötige ist jedoch da.

A great stay.

Modern, clean and well placed to access the local beach-70m away. Secure with security gates that you have a fob for. Really close to local bakery- which is excellent and a choice of 2 small local supermarkets and slightly further- 10 minutes walk. Also good bus route to Trogir- No.37 which is the Split-airport-Trogir route. Regular bus runs at a really reasonable price. Hosts also know an excellent taxi company- reliable and a good price. Hosts really welcoming and take good care of you. They speak German and Croatian- this was never an issue. Other family members staying spoke really good English. We were wel looked after. All rooms a good size, kitchen and bathroom great. Kitchen as described. Washing machine is in a garage. Although available for our 2 week stay we did not need to use it. Have no ‘things could have been better’ comments to say. If it is available- book it. Along the coast if you get to the beach turn left and there are lots of places to eat within 20 min easy walk. We found quality of food , price and service excellent. The bar just at the bottom of the road to the beach also great. How did 2 weeks go so quickly? Can’t thank hosts Sandra, her husband and son for being so helpful. We were left some fresh figs from their garden but didn’t have enough time to eat them all. If you like quiet, a lovely view, with strolls along the beach to cafes, restaurants etc this is the place for you. Oh, one last thing the airport being so close wasn’t an issue for us. Appartement très propre et très bien équipé, emplacement remarquable

Appartement très propre et très bien équipé, emplacement remarquable à 5 min d'une jolie plage et d'une très belle promenade en bord de mer avec lieux de vie (bars, restaurants etc). Egalement très central pour visiter à la journée différents sites classés (ex: Trogir 15 min, Split 30 min, Sibenik 1h, KrKa 50 min). L'agence contactée pour la résa via le site Abritel parle bien anglais par contre les propriétaires ne parlent pas du tout anglais mais ils parlent allemand ou peuvent faire appel à des connaissances pas loin si besoin.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles gehalten, wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr nett willkommen geheißen und waren immer ansprechbar. Einzige Anmerkung wäre die Waschmaschine, diese ist nicht in der Wohnung verfügbar, sondern beim Vermieter.

Totally nice apartment

A very nice apartment close nearby to the ocean og not far from the two cities Spilt and Trogir. The apartment is modern and very clean and the host family was very friendly and helpful. We will love to come back another summer and we will recommend this apartment to other families.
