The quiet ART-City Centre Kassel is located in a top location the center of Kassel in close, walking distance to numerous Documenta exhibition places, such as the Fridericianum. The cozy apartment was completely renovated and refurnished. It offers exclusive designer furniture, accessories and many loving art. Included as extra we offer for Internet use a wireless access.

Numerous car parking spaces are available at the door and in the immediate vicinity.

The cozy and quiet bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1,80m x 2.00 meters). The sleeping area is very quiet with windows to the courtyard.

This apartment was a great find! Convenient to everything yet in a quieter area. The bedroom faces away from the street and it was especially quiet while we were there. It had everything we needed and I especially enjoyed the balcony.

Wieder ein Quartier von diesem Anbieter und wieder ein schönes Quartier. Zentralere Lage geht nicht. Und der Service super. Wir kommen wieder nach Kassel und dann definitiv auch wieder in ein Quartier dieses Anbieters

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment. Es liegt zentral und ist gut ausgestattet, die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief sehr freundlich. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren für uns die Matratzen, die doch eher für junge Menschen ohne Rückenprobleme geeignet sind.

Gemütlich eingerichtete kleine Ferienwohnung mitten in der Innenstadt in Kassel über einer netten Kneipe, in der wir abends gerne noch ein Bier oder einen Wein genossen hatten. Leider manchmal doch etwas viele Geräusche, aber nicht übermäßig. In Kassel gibt es eine Menge zu sehen, z.b. die Wilhelmshöhe , das Astronomie- museum und noch einige weitere interessante Dinge. Für unseren dreitägigen Aufenthalt alles prima gewesen.

A small apartment that is very located to venues during the Documenta arts festival. It has a pleasant balcony and good amenities (though no washing machine), and would be even better if there was some travel information for new arrivals, such as a map.

Toller Einrichtung, der große Fernseher und die schönen Schränke waren ein Highlight, wir hatten etwas Probleme mit dem Internet, dieses war nicht so stabil. Das Bett war etwas zu weich für unseren Geschmack. Parken war problematisch und in der Nähe nur kostenpflichtig möglich, oder wir haben es nicht gefunden. Unten im Haus ist eine Gaststätte, dadurch war es abends etwas laut. Dafür waren wir aber direkt in der Innenstadt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war immer freundlich. Danke!

Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben eingerichtet, liegt im Herzen der Stadt und bietet Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Das Hauptschlafzimmer geht nach hinten raus, was der Ruhe sehr förderlich ist. Es ist alles vorhanden - und neu und vollständig - was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch die Verständigung über die Schlüsselübergabe war gut und freundlich. Vielen Dank.

This property is well-maintained, modern, and comfortable. The balcony was very relaxing. Familie Baum was very supportive and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. It was a great location - less than two blocks from the shopping/dining area. We would love to stay again, because the area, especially Hercules Bergpark, was very enjoyable.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen 3-tägigen Aufenthalt im Art-City-Studio Kassel. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock. Sie ist sauber und makellos, rauchfrei, und sehr schon eingerichtet. Sie besteht aus Flur, Wohnzimmer mit großen Fenstern und Balkon, Küchenzeile mit Theke und Barstühlen, einem schönen, großen Badezimmer und einem Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Bett und genug Platz im Schrank. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur 10 Minuten zu documenta-Halle, Orangerie, und Park und 5 Minuten bis zum Königsplatz mit mehreren großen Einkaufszentren, der Fußgängerzone mit allen Geschäften und den Trambahnen. Da wir Verspätungen hatten und unsere Pläne ändern mussten, freuten wir uns, dass die Wohnungsbesetzerin sofort erreichbar und zuvorkommend war.
