The Space:

Experience the ultimate in luxury at this spacious three-bedroom villa, featuring a large private garden and an infinity pool with breathtaking sea views. The villa is thoughtfully arranged across two floors. The upper floor comprises two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom. The balcony, accessible via French doors, offers a perfect spot to unwind. The ground floor boasts an open-plan kitchen and dining area with seating for six, opening onto the pool area via French doors. A separate lounge area, offering a cool escape with air conditioning, also has French doors leading to the garden and pool. The highlight is the outdoor space, with an infinity pool overlooking the sea. A shaded outdoor table provides a comfortable space for dining or relaxation. The villa also offers a range of amenities, including air conditioning, a BBQ grill, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and stove, a washing machine, and wireless internet.

Kalkan

Kalkan is a perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life! Nestled around a sheltered harbour at the foot of the stunning Taurus Mountains, this charming, unspoiled town boasts a breathtaking bay. Once a Greek fishing village called Kalamaki, Kalkan now thrives on high-end tourism. Wander the quaint old town to discover its picturesque harbour, cozy shops, and delightful eateries—from casual cafés to fine dining. You’ll find banks, supermarkets, a lively Thursday market, and a smaller Sunday market in nearby Akbel. For a change of pace, take a quick 20-minute drive to vibrant Kas or head to Fethiye for great shopping.
