Summary:
Villa Luks is a brand new villa in Kalkan has stunning sea views over Kalkan bay and easy access to the beach club and all of its attractions, as well as the weekly market and local transport facilities. It has three floors and features bedrooms and bathrooms and a cloakroom in the living room. The villa has a jacuzzi in the bedroom, and a jacuzzi at the roof terrace room, as well as table tennis table by the pool terrace.

The Space:
The villa is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped, to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your time in Kalkan in comfort. It has a Sauna, Fitness Room, Turkish Hamam, Shower, and Table Tennis, all of which you can use during your holiday.

Villa Luks is walking distance to shops, (only 1 minute) and Kalkan town is only 15-20 minutes walk. It has 2 swimming pools, the first pool is a large pool and on the roof terrace there is a second pool. The roof terrace pool is a heated pool (at an extra cost).

The villa has a fully fitted kitchen including: fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. Dining table is for 10 people inside and outside by the pool. Also, there are 10 sun beds with umbrellas by the pool terrace and wood pergola shade.

All bedrooms are en-suite and have large private balconies/terraces. It is air-conditioned throughout and there is a flat screen tv, dvd player and unlimited wifi internet connection.

This villa has unbelievable panoramic views and a beautiful private infinity luxury swimming pool, however you will want to spend much of your time outside. The pool is surrounded by a spacious patio area, equipped with sun-loungers and sun-shades. The villa is perfect for families and larger groups.

Pool Terrace

Sunbathing area, private swimming pool, private garden, stone built bbq, pergola sunshade, outside dining table & chairs for 8 people and outside seating.

Private infinity pool size is 13.60m to 4.5m, and is 1.45m deep.

Private roof terrace pool size is 4.9m to 2m, 1.20m deep and it is heated. For the heated pool it will be £150 extra, weekly.

Kitchen

Fully fitted kitchen is situated off the lounge area and its large and well equipped. Set to the side of the lounge is a raised dining area with a large table and comfortable dining chairs (Seats 10).

It is modern and well designed, there is everything you need during your stay.

Lounge

It has high quality marble flooring throughout is the spacious, light and airy lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs seating. There is a TV with satellite TV available and DVD player as well.

The lounge designed for your comfort and relaxation. There is also unlimited internet access for you.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 is a twin bedroom and an en-suite, jacuzzi and vanity unit, fitted wardrobes. The room is has wheelchair access as well and the room is access to pool terrace. Also, the twin beds can changed to double beds if you need.

Pool Terrace Floor.

Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom and an en-suite, vanity unit, fitted wardrobes and sea view. Also, the twin beds can changed to double beds if you need.

First Floor

Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with an en-suite. With a vanity unit, fitted wardrobes, sea view.

Bedroom 4 is a double bedroom and an en-suite. With a vanity unit, fitted wardrobes, sea view and tv. There is Jacuzzi in this bedroom.

Bedroom 5 is a double bedroom and an en-suite. With a vanity unit, fitted wardrobes, sea view and tv. There is a Jacuzzi in this bedroom too. Also there is an infinity terrace pool in here. The pool is heated pool as well.

There is a large 42 meters roof terrace.
